With its 37.5-foot dockage, it's perfect for boating enthusiasts and water lovers. Easy access to both Atlantic Ocean and the Gulf. This charming retreat features two bedrooms and two full bathrooms, providing ample space and privacy for up to four people. The interior is thoughtfully designed to create a warm and inviting atmosphere, making you feel right at home. The fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare your favorite meals with ease, while the cozy living area provides a perfect spot to relax and unwind. This home features a big parking for two cars and one boat trailers, oversized washer and dryer, bait freezer, gas grill, and high speed internet. Heavy duty laundry room in closet in the master bedroom. Great for morning coffee, too! The dock space was perfect for our boat with easy access and we were able to enjoy our days out fishing. One of our favorite trips to the Keys!

We had a wonderful week at Southern Comfort. Very clean, updated, well stocked kitchen to name a few. We enjoyed spending every evening under the tiki hut and several days at the beach club that is included. The owner was very responsive to any questions. I would highly recommend this property to a friend looking to visit Marathon.

This was a retirement trip, seeking relaxation, food, drinks and fun in the sun! Southern Comfort had as much as we needed and more. The home had everything we needed to stay home and cook or relax after outings. The tiki hut sold us in this rental and it delivered, as 90% of our awake time was spent under the hut! Here, we watched boats, my husband caught fish and we had many flying wildlife visit! The Cabana Club perk was especially nice to swim and beach comfortably. I highly recommend this vacation home. Very clean, nicely decorated. Fabulous neighborhood. Accommodated us with two dogs which was paramount for us to be able to enjoy ourselves. Especially like the kitchen countertops. 🙂

Simple and functional. Nice place to stay. Very clean, AC worked great even with the July heat. Loved sitting out under the tiki hut in the morning and evening watching the boats come and go through the canal. Cabana club was a nice bonus with a pool, beach, food and cold drinks. We even managed to play a round of golf, a bit of tennis and land a few fish from the dock.

We absolutely loved the property. It is a beachy vibe thats light and airy. Very clean and befs were comfy. Loved sitting outside in Tiki area. We kayaked and got bikes from Marathon bike rental which were delivered to the house and picked up. We also enjoyed the Cabana club that comes with this property. Grrst food and spirits. We loved our time at Southern Comfort.❤ We would definitely recommend this property.

screens on porch torn, outdoor furniture frame all rusted and cushions dirty, dock was unsafe, outdoor grill has not been cleaned in some time, bikes unsafe for use, wooden steps to enter house a trip hazard. Indoor showers and tub need attention to cleaning ( mold), silverware dirty. Overall this was our worst experience in Key Colony Beach! Rental was not worth the money!

This was our first stay in the Florida Keys, and we couldn't have been any happier! The home was exactly as represented in the listing! We loved the outside tiki hut- enjoying relaxing, listening to music and enjoying wine, while the guys fished. Saw a manatee and shark in the canal. Beds were comfortable to allow a great night sleep after a busy day exploring the islands! Recommend trying horseshoe beach for snorkeling, and Veterans park for relaxing the crystal clear water! Cant wait to come back and stay at Southern Comfort again !

Property was as advertised. Nice backyard tiki hut area with gas grill to hang out and watch some wildlife pass by to include mantadees and sharks. Screened porch gives option for dining. Dock area could use some attention and upgrade but without boat it didn’t matter. Good parking space that could fit trailer or smaller RV along with car. Pool/beach club is a real plus with great pool and lunch/drink menu. Owner very responsive to any concerns.

This was our first VRBO rental and we loved it! Thank you Patti for such a welcoming place to stay. The house is exactly as described and Key Colony is a great neighborhood (it's actually a little city). The Cabana Club has a perfect little beach and nice big pool. Everyone who worked there was friendly and welcoming. Marathon has great restaurants and really nice people. It's just what we needed - sunshine, good food, and relaxation!

Super accommodating property with a great and very communicative Host! We were arriving early and she made arrangements for us at the Key Colony Club.
The property has everything needed. Super clean and very comfortable. We saw a lot of marine life off the back dock to include a manatee, snapper, parrot fish, and a large nurse shark. You can fish for snapper from the back dock.

We visit KCB every year and would rate Patti’s place as one of the nicest, best located, quiet of all the places we have stayed. There’s plenty of room for the truck and trailer 52 ft total. The house was very clean, modern, had everything we needed to feel at home! Love the tiki with the fan! Communication was great too, thank you so much Patti! We would highly recommend and will definitely return to the Southern Comfort!

Very clean, very relaxing. This was a great house at a great rate. Cable and internet was spotty and out a lot, but that’s not why we came to the keys, just forced us to look at the water and enjoy the outdoors. Very peaceful and feels very private, even with neighbors close by. Owner immediately followed up to make sure we weren’t affected by a water report and contact the service provider for internet, but was never intrusive, very polite.
Just enough cooking utensils, comfortable linens, great layout in the space. Would return if we come back to the area.
