Disgraceful

Nothing the hotel was dirty nasty and bug infested in thr beds 🛌 room bathrooms and shower

I hated the accommodation here they were horrible amd I would never recommend this hotel to anyone

Hôtel pratique mais bruyant. Je déconseille les chambres d’angles qui sont encore plus bruyante

Le personnel est agréable l’emplacement pratique

La qualité des oreillers. Le bruit. Chambre très bruyante. Le manque de couverture. Juste des petites couvertures. L’eau de la piscine n’est pas très propre.

the worst experience in terms of hotel service, run away!

Location

The location is OK, but if you want to meet the rudest reception staff, you've come to the right place! Cleanliness leaves something to be desired, but the worst thing is that the cleaners may leave your door open after they've gone through! You inform reception, who laugh in your face. Would you like to see the manager? The reception staff act as if they don't know who the manager is, and the two people talk over each other, thinking you don't understand what they're saying... In short, I wouldn't recommend this hotel for anything in the world: filth, a man pissing in front of your room in the corridor, cleaning staff unable to close your room door after they've left... GET OUT!

un bon compromis pour etre à miami Beach pas trop cher

Un très bon emplacement dans miami Beach. La chambre est plutot spacieuse et très bien insonorisée. Equipements qui suffisent pour un séjour, petit coin piscine (non chauffée) très sympa pour le petit dej. C'est le strict minimum niveau équipement et service mais c'est fonctionnel. On peut laisser ses valises avant le départ. Rien à redire.

Un hostel medio pelo con buena ubicación

El tamaño de la habitación es bueno. La ubicación es buena, cerca de la Lincoln. El sector de patio y pileta se veía bien. Seguramente sea muy bueno en verano.

Nos recibió una cucaracha muerta dentro de la habitación. Al costado de la cama había hilo dental usado de un ex inquilino. El olor en los pasillos (a una mezcla de producto de limpieza con algo de humedad) es muy fuerte. El ascensor hacía ruidos extraños. El espacio de guardado son 4 lockers. Entiendo que es (o habrá sido) hostel, pero teníamos habitación privada y no se sintió ni cómoda ni limpia.

Bene ma non benissimo

La posizione è eccellente per godersi sia Miami Beach che Miami Downtown e dintorni. Reception aperta 24/7 con zona d’attesa con macchinette.

Nelle camere non si possono aprire le finestre, un umidità assurda che non andava mai via, insieme agli odori. Moquette ovunque che non aiuta. Pulizia delle camere fatta tutti i giorni ma male. La piscina non è come si vede nelle foto, piccola e non utilizzabile come zona dove prendere il sole.

No reservar ! Hotel de los horrores

Ubicación

-Bolsas negras de toallas sucias en frente del ascensor por dos dias, habitación sucia. Llena de pelo en las almohadas y toallas , camas, no había agua caliente en la ducha. En el lavamanos si pero esa muy poca cantidad, no había lugar para poner el neceser y lo acabas poniendo en la taza del wáter. - les dije que mi habitación estaba sucia y con pelos y me dijeron que no era para tanto. Sin embargo la limpiaron otra vez. Me dijeron que ese depósito era por si se estropeaba algo de la habitación o de ensucia las paredes. En cuanto subí. Todas las paredes sucias . Menos mal que tengo fotos de todo. - Me desperté a las 5.30 intenté dormir al final nos fuimos a las 07.00 porque fue imposible dormir. Los aires acondicionados de los pisos superiores hacían demasiado ruido. Sumado al ruido de la nevera. Fatal !!! Total que acabe fatal con dolor de cabeza. Encima la cama esos colchones parecían de la independencia de estados unidos de lo viejos que eran. Los muelles se salían ... H Ya que recepción no se encuentra capacitado para ayudarte. Pensé , me vesto y me voy directamente. En la hora de la salida. Le pregunté a la chica sobre el depósito que me bloquearon en la tarjeta y sin mirarme me dijo q en unos dias laborables se desbloquea. Super sería, sin mirarme a los ojos, sin ganas de trabajar, encima van de superiores como si trabajasen en el Mandarín Oriental o en el Burj Al Arab. Cuando preguntas algo te miran con indiferencia. Están sentados como si se tratase de una visita medica. Ni siquiera te miran cuando te hablan, Noté eso también con los otros clientes. Pero zero cercanía y empatía con el cliente. Se nota que no han viajado a europa y no han visto el trato de los recepcionistas de otros hoteles. Las dos chicas y el chico de recepción. 0! La limpieza 0 la habitación 0. Esas cortinas sucias la ventana de la habitación parcia que le hayan tirado miel y polvo y se haya quedado incrustado todo .... Nunca más !!!

Very good value

Spacious rooms, Good location. Very friendly personnel, responsive to all requests (cleaning, extra towels, etc.). No frills, but good value given the price . I would definitely stay there again.

No hooks or hangers in the bathroom.

La habitacion incompleta. Las terrazas NO se pueden ocupar se clausuran 16 hrs. Tambien la Piscina se bloquea. no se puede ocupar solo hasta las 16 Hrs. Malo

For the love of God don't stay here

Nothing about this property is decent or good

Everything! No blankets no towels no ice broken TVs broken mini fridge broken outlets. There is no front desk. It's a table like a Costco type of table someone sits behind. They absolutely refuse to check you in before 3 pm even though I was sitting in their lobby from 10 am. They never ever asked me if I needed anything. And when I did get checked into my room the TV was broken. I had gone to the grocery store and bought some food that had to be refrigerated along with 3 viles of my insulin. All went bad because the fridge stopped working during the night.

Prima ligging en prijs-kwaliteit verhouding

Mooie plek en ruime kamers. Prima ligging tav het strand en de winkels en restaurants. Erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel.

Het was 's ochtends best wel lawaaierig buiten op straat en hierdoor werden we vroeg wakker. Voordeel is dat je de dag lekker meepakt 😉

You get what you pay for.

The pool was open 24hrs and it was walking distance to many food places. The staff were amazing! Super nice and welcoming.

It smelled like cigarettes when we first walked in and there are hardly any outlets in the room. There were also gnats in the bathroom.

If you want to stay in Miami with low price, this hotel is great.

Very cheap and incredible. Everyday the room was cleaned with new towels, etc… great service !!!

The major problem is that it is impossible to open the window in the morning to ventilate and the lack of furnitures to stock the clothes.

Ist Okay, der Preis ist teuer, aber für South Beach Verhältnisse geht es. Ich habe mich wohl gefühlt

Ein Tisch und Minikühlschrank, außerdem Hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter

Der Pool hat keine Liegen o.ä. und ist nur bis 16 Uhr geöffnet. Das Bad ist Mittelmäßig sauber, der Rest allerdings gut sauber. Der Fernseher hat keine Fernbedienung, Putzkräfte kommen jeden Tag, wechseln aber nur die Handtücher und machen das Bett. Statt der Spinde könnte man lieber kleine Safes machen. Klimaanlage selbst im ruhigen Modus sehr laut mMn

Amazing stay and close to stores and to the main strip that takes you to the beach.

The Staff from the reception was amazing! It was very helpful and with any enquiry we had they were eager to help us right away.

Worth the price.

Good location! Close to several good restaurants and Lincoln road. The rooms and bathrooms were clean and worth the value.

The mattress was springy; It didnt cause too many issues but wasn't too comfortable.

Las habitaciones muy pequeñas, y NO TIENEN NI COCINA NI MICROONDAS en la habitación, yo cuando reserve si me decía que tenía. Después tenía una filtración de agua en la habitación y no lo resolvieron

Inkább hostel, mint hotel. A luxustól nagyon messze van!

Távozásunk napján a személyzet megengedte, hogy tovább használjuk a medencét.

Büdös volt a hotelben, a parkolóház amiben a kocsit hagyhattuk legalább 20perc sétára volt, a tengerpart ennek a duplája. Naponta többször esetlegesen megtenni, borzalmas! Lehet, hogy néhány szállás kicsit drágább, de part menti sokkal jobban megéri!

Clean and unfussy hotel.

Value for money, clean and unfussy. Friendly staff. Trader Joe's is just over the road which is a really great grocery store. I didn't get around to using the pool but nice to have one available.

On entering the reception you are greeted with a seating area that is scruffy and stained. It just needs a deep clean. It's rather off-putting otherwise. The ATM charged $11 per transaction so I didn't use it.
