Located in Avon, this lovely house for $250 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. Beanie's Bungalow #3-HC Our calendar is updated in real-time & our nightly rates are accurately displayed. Simply enter your desired dates and click 'Book Now!' Beanie’s Bungalow has the beach and plenty of it! Located just two lots back from the ocean, Beanie’s Bungalow is close to one of Hatteras Island’s top beaches. The boardwalk to one of the widest and most pristine beaches in the Outer Banks is just steps away (100 ft.) World class fishing, surfing, sunbathing, and swimming are located right past the beach walkway. Beanie’s under house has full decking with seating, fish cleaning station, fabulous hot/cold shower, charcoal park grill, and convenient clotheslines. Bring the bikes because Avon is two-wheeler friendly. Did we mention there are two wonderful ice cream shops within walking distance? Don't forget your sunscreen, because the large furnished sundeck above the garage catches every ray of sunshine and allows for listening to the waves and surf in the nearby ocean. Beanie’s Bungalow is easy on the vacationer with only one set of stairs and all rooms located on a single level. The living room in this unique octagon-shaped home has a cathedral ceiling, seaside chestnut flooring, colorful comfortable furniture, a huge library of books, LED TV/DVD (streaming live TV), games, and movies. The kitchen is fully equipped and has all the necessary appliances, a breakfast counter overlooking a large picture window, and a full size stacked washer/dryer. The dining area is an addition that opens up the space and produces an abundance of light. The centrally located full bath contains a tub and shower. Semi-main bedroom one contains a queen bed, LED TV (streaming live TV), and a half bath. Bedroom two has a queen bed and DVD player. Bedroom three has a twin-over-full pyramid bunk bed. Beanie’s Bungalow has great beach resort décor in every room. Access to Club Hatteras with the Island's largest pool and kid's playground comes free to guests who stay in this home. Things to know: You will be required to sign an additional lease agreement upon making a booking which will be sent to your email. You will not be able to check in until we have received your signature electronically. Please note: Guests have access to the Club Hatteras Pool Facility. Additional details around this facility will be shared in your check-in email and during the check-in process. The club is typically open Mid-May to Mid-October, depending on the weather. This property is managed by Vacasa North Carolina LLC. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

the house was perfect for the two of us. Outside shower was clean (even has a mirror) and underside of house was set up for rainy days and was clean and comfortable (except for mosquitoes which we all must learn to live with). Small but efficient kitchen with all appliances in great working order. Excellent WIFI connection. Only complaint was being too old or dumb to use ROKU/SLING for TV. It took forever to find current evening news. Who watches last nite's evening news anyway?? Not a big problem cause we do not go on vacation to watch TV. Owners left very good detailed instructions for everything in the house. We will come again! Thanks

An adorable place, clean, well stocked and steps from the beach! My only comment is that we found the beds/pillows to be a little uncomfortable. I think if we had brought our own pillows it would’ve been doable. Just something to keep in mind if that’s important to you.

The location is great, the house is super cute. A lot of the houses around Outer Banks are multi level, with lots of balconies. With a 3 year old and 2 year old I loved that the house only had one entrance/exit and wasn’t multiple stories, made for less stress with the kids. It was a great little house.
The only negative things I would say is that there is no full body mirror any where in the home. Which is super petty, but I did wish there was one every time I went to get ready, and although the beach is super close it is a bit of hike to get down to the water but there isn’t anything anyone can do about that.
I would stay here again.

We wanted a chill few days at the beach and this spot we perfect. Comfy, cute house and you can’t beat the location. Everything was clean and nice. No issues with the owner or the rental company. Thanks for a great stay!

Wonderful place to stay!
Such a great beach house! We loved being so close to the beach (which was so beautiful..the best in OBX and great for fishing) as well as having a sun deck to hang out on. Everything we needed was provided, even games and movies for the kids. Close to amenities (grocery store, reasturants, fishing gear, pier, etc) right around the corner.
Would recommend to anyone wanting and great beach get away. We will be coming back and renting again soon!

BEANIE’S BUNGALOW - the perfect getaway!
If you’ve ever dreamed of staying in a cozy beach cottage a stone’s throw from the beach, this is your destination. It is decorated with with just the right touch of beach chic with amazing colors through out the unique circular house on stilts. It looks small but comfortably sleeps 8/9 people with three bedrooms & a fold- out couch. Two bathrooms, an outdoor shower, and a washer/drying combo right off the kitchen is the icing on the cake. The owners kindly left plenty of books , games and, of course, several TV’s not to mention WiFi.
The beach house is nestled in a lovely neighbor- friendly little community. If you love the beach, this place will be heaven to you. One of the widest beaches in the US with white sand hugging the ocean. Plenty of people walking, fishing, parasailing, swimming & just enjoying the outdoors.
Plenty of places to eat out & buy that special vacation OBX tee shirt.
Honestly, what’s not to like. Oh, Did I mention central air? Sweet!

The house was great and the location to the beach
The house was very comfortable and close to the beach. The house was fully stocked and the linens were there upon arrival. There were lots of things to do in the surrounding area, but it still felt like a private get away. The rental management company was very accommodating and answered all of our questions. We would definitely rent this house next year and recommend it to anyone looking for a great beach house near the ocean.
