The resort was absolutely gorgeous, especially the interior design. Very spacious, beautiful spotlights, beautiful bathroom and rooms, and most especially the balcony overlooking an amazing view of the beach and ocean.The staff were absolutely incredible and they definitely deserve the credit for providing amazing hospitality to their customers. This is a place I would go to over and over again. Amazing and tailored to any situation, whether it’s a solo getaway, a friend’s trip or a beautiful honeymoon.

A special shout-out to Isaac—he went above and beyond. When the Wi-Fi was down, he even provided us with a SIM card so we could stay connected. His service was exceptional and really stood out.
On the downside, I couldn’t even enjoy a shower because the water had a strong sulphur (“sewage-like”) smell, which was quite unpleasant. The property also felt like it hadn’t had many visitors in a while, as there were quite a few ants and mosquitoes at night.
Overall, the place has a lot of potential and is visually stunning, but a few maintenance issues took away from what could have been an amazing stay.

The food was good but sometimes the service was "ordinary".
Bed was comfortable.
Overall was good but overpriced for what was presented.
The room was not up to my standards. no window covering on kitchen window so no privacy, particularly at night in lounge/living room. Bathroom drains did not flow, so you end up standing in shower water and water comes up through floor waste in bathroom floor. Both bathrooms. Ist apartment had NO hot water, moved to 2nd apartment, hot water OK. No insect screens on windows so difficult to cool rooms. A/Cs not suitable for room size and could not cool hot rooms. Swimming pool was being renovated so no pool available. This facility does NOT have beach access despite being advertised as a Beach resort.
