We hope you and your guests dive right in and make yourselves at home. Our cozy living spaces are great for families thanks to the open-floor plan. When you are whipping up breakfast you can see the dining area where the adults enjoy coffee, and you can look on into the living room where the kids wake up to cartoons. Our compact living space packs a big punch - our kitchen has full-size appliances; the dining space seats 4 and the breakfast bar seats an additional 3; our living room has a large couch that seats 5 or 6 people, depending on how cozy you want to be. We have 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, perfect for groups and families. The two larger rooms have their own ensuite bathrooms with tub and shower combos. The guest bathroom also has a tub and shower combo. Bonus feature: we have a washer and dryer! You don't need to trek tons of clothes with you when you head to South Padre Island, and you won't need to trek tons of sand back home - you can launder while you're here! Everything was clean and updated. Very nice. The living room furniture was super comfortable. The mattress in the master suite was springy and not so comfortable. The pool was tiny but we were close to the beach so didn't use it. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

It needs more basic kitchen things, such as salt and pepper, cutlery pans that actually work on the stove, bowls, bowls for cereal, etc.

This property looks good as pictured. A very inviting and convenient location and the price is right. That part was great. However, it needs some attention to its amenities and trimmings. The mattress in the master bedroom is terrible. You can feel the springs through it. The carpet in the living room needs a good shampooing (very dirty) and the sofa, especially the center section, has seen better days. There was a vaping pipe found in the window of the bunk beds room. Otherwise, the bedrooms were neatly made up with plenty of towels in each(loved the three bathrooms). The description tells you that basic kitchen cookware, utensils, and dishes are provided. The boiler should be thrown away. The nonstick coating has been scraped off down to the metal (should not be used). The frying pans also are worn, scratched. and no longer nonstick (needs replacing). There was one useable large stainless pot with no lid. Everything else in the kitchen was in working order. We were a group of older adults. The third bedroom has double size bunk beds and is rightfully counted as able to sleep four and can easily accommodate four children or teen girls, but keep in mind most likely only one couple. I only had one management complaint. We were not warned that the building was to be painted on the exterior. We opened the door to a ladder blocking it once and I was awakened to a man on my balcony moving the furniture and placing a tarp the next day. They had also thrown a tarp over my husbands' truck below. We had no use of the balcony that day. All in all, we enjoyed our stay and with a few items replaced, I would stay there again.

The property was nice and location was perfect but there were some downfalls. First walking in and looking around at every room and bathroom it felt as if they were doing maintenance prior to us checking in. There was a ladder and some sort of flooring pieces in master bedroom closet and the light wasn’t working, controllers for the tv weren’t working, the lock on the patio didn’t lock, small pieces of tools were left out by tv seemed like that may have been putting up a shelf or something. There were smoke detectors missing and with the washer and dryer the dryer wasn’t working properly and was missing its filter for the lint. Overall the home was nice and we enjoyed our time there great location, walking distance to beach, walking distance to shops and restaurants and very comfortable for our family of 7.

No electricity upon arrival, management fixed it immediately, within an hour. No other problems during stay, would stay there again. Close to the beach. Small pool good for my little ones.
