The finish of the accommodation is very high quality, tasteful and visually interesting. It only opened in 2021 and everything feels and looks quite new. Unfortunately, we didn't have rooms with balconies but there is a lovely large communal balcony available to use and enjoy a drink while planning the hike up to Gergeti church visible in the distance.
The rooms were super clean and warm, the beds were comfortable and soundproofing was great, too.
We enjoyed the buffet breakfast both mornings, which was nicely presented and varied.
The owners don't speak much English but they were very accommodating and friendly.

The views are amazing, really nice rooftop terras en very cozy restaurant/lounge area. Our room had a small terras with seating, watched the sun come up over the church on the mountain in front. Loved it!
It’s a bit up the mountain, especially with luggage. I recommend being dropped of at the hotel;)

Fantastic view from hotel balcony. Great breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff.
A very minor grumble is that breakfast was not available for two of the four days we were there (but there are bakeries and other options a short walk away)

The hotel is located uphill and no supermarket or stores surround. No fridge and coffee supply.
