The spacious lobby, the staff were very good , the rooms in reception seemed very comfortable
The bathroom had mould on the ceiling and I found some old plastic paper on the bedroom floor , unfortunately it was freezing gin the room and I couldn’t get the heater to work , I arrived very late after an awful day at Gloucester royal hospital after my partner was rushed in and I had a long drive and didn’t have the energy to find out how to get the room warmed up so I slept in my tee shirt and leggings .

A Good pint of Hawkstone, location easy access to town centre
£5.00 parking charge for paying guests is a blatant rip off!!! was advised that i booked through a third party so i have to pay and this is written in the details if you scroll to the bottom of the information !
ABSOLUITELY DISCUSTING IN MY OPINION !!!
Food was cheap frozen offering at very expensive prices for what you get!
