Great location and value for money.
There was a slight mix up with the room booking . We booked a twin and there was not one available , the staff were great and did everything they could to solve the problem , the manager offered us a second room at no charge , so my sister could sleep in one room and I could have the other .
Every one was so good , courteous , made us relax and enjoy our stay . I would recommend the Green Dragon to anyone.

It was nice to sit outside the ground-floor room, despite the very busy road close by.
We got a decidedly lukewarm welcome, which matched being ignored by three members of staff when trying to check out. I gave up waiting and left the key on the bar. Miraculously, someone must have appeared because the payment for the stay (which we ended a day early) was taken within 10 minutes. However, I still got a phone call asking whether I had taken the key. If I had, how would they have known we had checked out a day early? The room was small, the bathroom floor truly grim, and the walls were so thin you could hear everything your neighbours were saying and every footstep above you.
