The building was very beautiful and I loved the view of the skyline from the terrace, as well as the view from my room window, which was of the local horses. Room had everything I needed and was very comfortable. Would absolutely stay again.

5 minutes drive into Gloucester town. Near to local attractions. Nice breakfast ant top quality food in the restaurant.

Staff very attentive and friendly
Common areas a little tired and grubby. Handrails on stairs sticky.

Location,food.
First room was unacceptable, dirty bathroom.
Decor and carpets tired.
Could do with more staff especially reception.
My final bill showed an overcharge which held up my departure.
