I liked that the staff were friendly and helpful and that there was somewhere safe and dry to keep our bikes while we were there.
We had another query which the staff took in their stride, and did were not surprised or put-out that we had asked.
There's an electric charger which I saw different people using. I was pleased about this as it's getting more and more important to have these available. We came in a petrol car this time, but another time we may well need it.
We didn't bring a dog but our friends did and the hotel was easily able to make provision for her.
The road outside the hotel is very busy with a lot of fast moving traffic. People planning to walk or cycle starting from there need to bear this in mind.
This is not in any way the fault of the hotel which is a great place to stay and good value for money.

The extra items the hotel provided as we booked our dog to stay with us as he was travelling with us. Very thoughtful thank you
