The building, decor and grounds.
The ladies changing rooms there’s no hook to hang towels when showering which means females would need to expose themselves when trying to collect towel from the current hooks. The locks on the locker doors take far too long to work. Each guest can be given a pad lock much easier. For the cost of the stay the spa area could be better decorated and classic music put on to create a relaxing atmosphere
The room was very dusty the phone little items in room. The stairs leading up to steam room are wet and dangerous. The breakfast no option of fried egg or hash browns. Should be another bar as no where to sit on a busy evening.

The breakfasts were plentiful and delicious. The room was exceptional, nicely decorated. Staff were friendly and very helpful
Everything was excellent, with no negatives. I was'nt keen on the Gourmet Beefburger, which was too smokey and the cheese flavour was too strong. I guess that was me just being unlucky, it was my choice and not a good one!!!

Great location and superb grounds.
The hotel holds numerous weddings. There were 3 during our 2 night stay. So atmosphere was a little chaotic and busy at night. We were unable to have breakfast in the main dining room as they were full so we were sent to the Atrium which had run low on many items and also over subscribed. Our room was severely in need of renovation.it was very clean but smelt musty so had to leave the windows open. Considering the rate we paid for a superior room we just expected more.
