Full kitchens and easy parking
A little old and worn. Leak from exhaust fan in secondary bathroom that came back throughout the day into the next morning. Not enough hot water.

The front desk clerk was very professional and friendly.
The room was amazing, very spacious, and comfortable.
The pool and jacuzzi were very nice and great for kids.
Rooms were super peaceful.
We definitely will come back.

I love this property and I love the location and the price is always affordable. I like it that it’s not too crowded and I’ve always had a great time. I frequently stay with you guys.
On this trip, I was a little disappointed. I had called two weeks prior and a week prior requesting a specific room which is usually a room I always book when I do stay there because I like it facing the big pool. I can’t walk upstairs so we could always be downstairs. The room I request is for 419 like I said I know that you guys try to do your best, but while I was staying there, I noticed I was at the pool both days for extremely long periods of time and I never saw anybody come in and out of that room so it was a room really booked or was it not I don’t know it looked like nobody was occupying it. I ended up having to take a room where the other couple had to split their bed and sleep in twin beds, which was a little weird and uncomfortable. also, the other issue I had was the fact that the Jacuzzi was open and closed open and closed, and when we asked the reason they said, because he automatic shut was not working, which it was working because the bubbles were on, and it automatically shut off on its own, so why was opening and closing, which was another downer for me because I come there to relax and sit in the Jacuzzi never got a straight answer
