The location is great!! Clean room, very comfortable bed, staff friendly and helpful. A nice area with numerous restaurants, coffee shops, and supermarkets nearby, steps away from Plaza del Sol and Plaza Mayor. Safe building .We will stay here again.

The location is excellent, the staff was very friendly and helpful, thankfully there is an elevator, we had big luggage.
The room is super small and the beds were quite uncomfortable, it didnt feel clean.
