An ok stay but dated.

It was in a good location, generally clean and tidy. Nice balcony. Quite spacious. Beds comfy.

The front door (G20)was very difficult to open and close due to warping. Needs a little TLC. Towels old (but clean). The sofa needs cleaning.

awsommme location great kitchen facilities and lovely outdoor area .

it didn't look inviting from the outside looked a little tired looking maybe needed freshening up with some paint to the exterior of the apsrtments.

Budget friendly with great amenities

Great location, very comfortable, air con in both bedrooms and living area. Very good showers.

Good location, apartment needs upgrade

Location close to Playa Chica Beach & old town/harbour

The bathrooms in particular the showers were in need of a bleaching, mold & pink fungus in both, one had cracked shower tray & other leaked over the bathroom floor & into the corridor. Everything was past its best & needs refurbished No noise insulation so when people in apartment above come home from work at 2pm most nights our sleep was interrupted. Double mattress sagging. Whole apartment block outside run down.

La posizione: realmente sul mare e in una zona in cui è facile trovare parcheggio

La pulizia: nonostante l’agenzia sia stata disponibile, l’impresa di pulizia ha semplicemente rifatto i letti ma non ha cambiato le lenzuola e quindi i problemi riscontrati la prima notte li abbiamo avuto anche in seguito

La localización y lo grande que era

Suciedad: no habían barrido, había comida por el suelo. Había comida abierta en el armario de la cocina. Las duchas no tragaban. No había utensilios básicos (papel higienico, sábanas para el sofa cama). El anuncio prometia parking privado y no había.
