Great location. Clean, great views, easy in and out.

Good location within walking distance to restaurants down on 94th street.

Could not figure out how to operate the TV. Remote was very confusing.

Had a great time. Nice place. We took good care of it, like it was ours.

I liked the location and the bedrooms were comfortable. The stolls in the kitchen were all broken and dangerous to sit on.

I didn’t like that the stolls were not usable. And the counter tops were hard to clean, it always looked dusty and streaky like a chalkboard.

The property was spacious and well maintained

The upstairs shower water flow was very slow and some of the carpet was stained

I would like to have at least half of my money back from this

That the indoor pool not available that was the main reason for us booking it there was some type of stuff on the wall the border, so the base border was coming off. There was dents in the walls. Dishes were dirty, which I did take pictures of everything.

Ocean city is beautiful 😍

We rented Century 2 1919 for 7 days. We were told/asked to move from that condo that the owners would be staying there. We had purchased groceries earlier (twice actually) and had a turkey in the oven! As we had an elderly lady who wanted to do Thanksgiving dinner. So we were asked/told to move to rainbow 505 . We knew there was no reason question further this decision, so we moved. ALL the food, HOT turkey and all our belongings. It was very aggravating to say the least. You did agree to add an extra night to our stay for the trouble. So.....we get to rainbow 505 and it was such a 'downgrade' from what we had originally rented. We made the best of it, but with all the key getting issues we first had and then the moving process, we will not be using Vacasa next yr for our vacation needs.

Best accommodations n stay in O.C. that I've ever had. Also the best memorable one!

What was there not to like! We loved it!

The water took a bit to long to get hot in the shower. But it did eventually. Toliet flushes slow.

Beautiful condo with beautiful views of ocean and bay.

Beautiful ocean and Bay view. Everything you need was in the home.

Loved the view from the balcony! Location great. Condo was clean and comfortable.

Our balcony door lock was broken so safety concerns all week with having it open. Lacing good cooking utensils. No starter kit of items such as hand soaps, paper towels etc

The price was right condering the downsides. Would rent again.

The view was amazing. Appreciated the washer/dryer unit that was available in the condo. All furniture seemed newer. Decor was tasteful.

Light switches were dark in color from filth (I ended up wiping all of them down). Some of the furniture had dirt accumulation. Again wiped them down too - it was easy to remove and took maybe 3 minutes in total to do all the switches and the wood furniture (just were someone is most likely to grab it and what was visible). Both bathroom vents had (possibly years worth of) dust buildup. It was so thick it literally could be pulled out. The lock box code matching the number of the room was alarming. We did not feel comfortable and the chances that the other lock boxes were probably like that too made us uncomfortable. My CHILD discovered a cannabis cartridge in the drawer with the nut cracker. Some plates and silverware had dried food remains. There were greasy fingerprints on the barstools.

Very good

Cleaniness, lots of kitchen supplies, elevators were fast but then again not many people staying there that time of season, beds were comfortable and plenty of linens.

Balcony set up (not much privacy from others and most of the huge balcony furniture was in the living room and we had to take in and out ourselves, balcony furniture did not have all the cushions and very uncomfortable furniture.

we had a very nice time other than couch sleeping arrangement!

location & the condo views were amazing!

that the condo was sold as a 6 person unit 2 queen beds with a pullout couch! now I get that couches can be uncomfortable but this couch was unbearable! nothing could be done to make it bearable to sleep so we went out and bought air mattresses! please do not sell this unit as a six person until the couch mattress is replaced! thank you

We won't be renting from Vacasa again

The beach and the location.

Unit was not thoroughly cleaned when we walked. There were a lot of issues I found in the room that were unacceptable. Management and cleaning company took many missteps and there were oversights. Broken things were being repaired while we were in the room and it took more than one person to take care of our problems - very inefficient. The entire building needs and upgrade inside and out, for example I was hesitant sitting on rusty balcony chairs. Not all the issues were taken care of before we left. We won't be renting from Vacasa again.

The place was nice, clean, and right on the beach.

No pillow cases for the king bed , pillows were in closet but no cases for them. No TV remote for tv in other bedroom.

overall pleasant. it would be more appreciated if we did not have to spend two hours cleaning before putting our things

not clean enough. very cluttered with left over stuff from previous guests. no closet or cupboard space for us to use for our stuff.

Not a 10/10 stay but a solid 9/10. Was not disappointed and would stay there again!

The view was a 10/10! Right on the beach, we had a view of the beach side and the bay side from the same room! There's beach access from the building and showers to rinse the sand off outside the building. It wasn't super noisy and was relatively clean.

Sheets had a nasty stain on it that I didn't notice until after the 1st nights sleep, that was gross! Bathrooms are a little small and tight. Dryer couldn't dry a towel. But the pros outweigh the cons by a lot!

Good Location, Old building , Rude reception , Very over priced

Great location with beautiful view

Very rude reception, This location ended up costing us $600 per night; at best, it was worth $250 per night. Based on the overall quality very overpriced.

Bad

Satellite TV did not work and was not repaired during our three day stay despite reporting the issue several times. Listing says it can sleep 8, but did not provide blankets for the 2 pullout sofas. Outdoor patio table was rusted and unusable. Kitchen was under stock. The unit and furniture have a lot of miles on them and really needs to be updated.

Overall space within unit and location of unit .

Pool was closed and was anticipating to utilize during the stay.Also the workout room and sauna required you to locate an individual to grant you entry through locked door which wasnt convenient for use..

Exceptional

The Location is very good, minutes drive to supermarket and restaurants, ocean view, with bedrooms facing east and west respectively, clean and tidy.

The only thing I am not satisfied is the water temperature. It is not always warm enough to take a shower, you have to wait for a while.
