deck. The second downstairs bedroom offers a king bed, while the fourth

bedroom is ideal for kids or additional guests with two twin-over-twin bunk

beds, providing four twin beds. The Chateau de Montagne community offers a

year-round outdoor hot tub, sauna, community BBQ, laundry facilities, and a

seasonal outdoor swimming pool. The property is located directly on the free

Red Line shuttle route and is just a short walk from shopping, restaurants,

and other conveniences in town. Mammoth Creek Park is approximately 150 yards

away, offering creek access, a playground, picnic tables, expansive grassy

areas, and nearby walking and biking paths. Mammoth RecZone and LA Kings Ice

are also close by, providing a variety of year-round recreation opportunities.

EV charging stations are available at Mammoth RecZone. Guests additionally

receive complimentary access to Snowcreek Athletic Club. Mammoth's premier

fitness and recreation facility featuring an indoor heated swimming pool,

steam room, sauna, full fitness center, yoga, Pilates and cycling studios,
