Spacious, updated, and perfectly positioned for exploring Mammoth, this beautifully refurbished 4-bedroom, 3-bath townhome is an ideal mountain retreat for families and groups. With the living space and room for up to 10 guests, there’s plenty of space for everyone to settle in and enjoy a memorable Mammoth getaway. Step inside to a bright and welcoming interior designed for gathering together. After a day on the slopes or trails, warm up beside the cozy wood-burning stove, relax in front of the flatscreen TV, or step outside onto the private deck and enjoy the crisp mountain air. The fully equipped kitchen makes preparing meals at home easy, with an adjacent dining area for family dinners and evenings spent together. The flexible four-bedroom layout is especially well suited for families and groups. Three guest bedrooms each feature a queen bed and flatscreen TV, while the fourth bedroom is a dedicated bunk room with two twin-over-twin bunk beds, four twin beds in total and a great space for kids or additional guests. Three full bathrooms provide added convenience when traveling with a larger group. Chateau de Montagne offers a peaceful mountain setting with community amenities including a year-round outdoor hot tub, sauna, laundry facilities, and a seasonal outdoor swimming pool. Getting around Mammoth couldn't be easier. The free Red Line shuttle stop is just steps from the property, providing convenient access to Mammoth Mountain, The Village, and other destinations around town without having to drive. Mammoth Creek Park, LA Kings Ice at Mammoth Lakes, Mammoth RecZone, restaurants, shopping and entertainment are also nearby. Guests additionally receive complimentary access to Snowcreek Athletic Club. Mammoth's premier fitness and recreation facility featuring an indoor heated swimming pool, steam room, sauna, full fitness center, yoga, Pilates and cycling studios, racquetball and basketball courts, plus outdoor tennis, pickleball outdoor swimming pool during the summer months. Whenever I stay in a townhouse, I worry about the sound through shared walls—no problem with this spot. I didn't hear the neighbors at all. The spot was cozy. Loved the wood-burning fireplace in the living room. The kitchen was stocked, and the mattresses were comfortable.

We had a great time and the place was exactly what we needed. Some extra trash bags would have been nice but besides for that everything was amazing

10 people ski trip with late 20 yr olds. Ample supplies, comfortable. Downstairs toilets had flush issue and sink was very slow to drain but both are minor inconveniences.

The rental was spacious, clean, and good location. However, the parking situation is terrible. There are no assigned spots and many cars without parking permits. Therefore, whether you have a parking pass or not, parking may not be available since parking is not regulated there. I called the reservation office who is ultimately not responsible for the parking situation. Rather, the property manager of the entire complex is in charge of parking. Basically, nothing was done to regulate the parking issue. So if you plan on staying at this complex, make sure to arrive early to claim a spot.
