suites, multiple living and sleeping spaces, beautiful mountain views, and
room for up to 10 guests, this four-level home is an excellent choice for two
families or a larger group traveling together. The contemporary living and
dining area features slate flooring, expansive picture windows and beautiful
mountain views that bring the Mammoth scenery right into the home. Settle in
for movie night with the 46" HDTV, Blu-ray/DVD player, and an extensive
entertainment setup, or break out the games and gather around the poker table
for a fun evening at home. The remodeled, fully equipped kitchen makes cooking
for a crowd easy, featuring granite countertops, stainless steel appliances,
custom cabinetry, and everything you need to prepare meals for the group. One
of the highlights of this floor plan is the bedroom setup. Each of the three
bedrooms features a King bed and its own private en-suite full bathroom with a
tub, giving couples and families plenty of privacy. The spacious lower bedroom
also includes a daybed with Twin trundle, providing two additional Twin
sleeping spaces. The loft offers another comfortable sleeping area with two
extra-long Twin beds and access to a bathroom with a shower, an ideal setup
for kids or additional guests. Step outside onto the decks located off two of

Check-in was very easy. Our first night we had a problem in the downstairs bedroom. The smoke alarm was beeping. Since no one was staying on the room until the next night we simply closed the door and then closed the doors in the other level where people were staying. We reported this the next morning and by the time we returned from skiing for the day the problem was fixed.

Furniture looking kind of tacky for the price we’re paying. Foot stool had rip in it or worn spot. Otherwise it was fine.

Wonderful ski-in ski-out location on Eagle lift in Mammoth. Well stocked kitchen...could use a few more dish towels & bath towels. Fireplace is out of order and didn't work. Also, one window was off track and wouldn't close, so very chilly!

Almost everything was pretty great. There were only two things that could've been better. First, the water from the fridge tasted like iron...like intensely. I think mostly just because it's not used much so those pipes get rusty I'm assuming but that sucked. So bring your own water. The other thing was that the sheets on the beds felt old and itchy like they haven't been washed in a good minute. But that makes sense since they probably don't get book very often so they stay unwashed and collect dust. They should probably wash those like once every 3 weeks or so cause its kind of uncomfortable. Other than that the stay was enjoyable. Great location as well as an easy check in process.
