About this condo rental

Located in Mammoth Lakes, this lovely condo for $699 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. This is a 4 Bedroom plus small loft, 3 Bath (1900 square feet) townhome with a keyless entry and a 10 person max including children of all ages. Parking is in an attached 2 car garage (height 7 feet). To enter, you walk from inside the garage into the condo or use the front door. Once inside, there is a small area to remove shoes and boots, then you walk up 1 floor to the living area. There is a full kitchen, dining area, living room, kids bedroom, full hall bath, and a balcony with a propane barbeque (propane is provided). The other 3 bedrooms are up one floor above the living area and the small loft is above the bedrooms. The balcony has a south facing view toward Crowley Lake and the Owens Valley. Living area amenities include in room WIFI, a Smart TV, and a wood burning stove. Wood is provided and is in the garage. This condo has ski in / ski out access to Eagle Lodge during the winter months. Low level intermediate ski/riding ability is required. The ski trails are groomed by Mammoth Mountain During summer months, enjoy single track mountain bike and hiking trails right from the property. A bike pass is required from 9 am til 6 pm to use these trails Common Area Amenities include a Year Round Indoor Spa and a Seasonal Outdoor Pool with a fantastic view (typically open from late May through mid September, and a Small Universal Gym and Central Laundry Room

Spacious and cozy at the same time! Great place. Ski in ski out options really worked! Wonderful bathtub for post skiing. Even in a humongous snow storm, the roads were kept clear and if you had chains, everything is fine.

This property exceeded our expectations! It was well-furnished and the kitchen had all the tools we needed. There was plenty of space for our group to gather, while giving each person a place to retreat as needed. I can’t say enough about the ski-in, ski-out. This really made it for our several 30-something boarders and skiers, saving so much time and hassle. Management was very responsive, as needed. This was one of the best family vacations we have had with my adult children and their families.

Beautiful with incredible views. Clean, spacious, and comfortable. Manager responds super quick with any inquiries. Pool and jacuzzi were great! Clean and relaxing. Overall it was a wonderful mini getaway for my family and I.

We had a good experience with another family with kids. The place is dated but clean and the service was very responsive with any things we needed. We were there in april so the ski-in ski-out wasn’t the easiest but in the winter it would be perfect as it’s right next to a woods trail to eagle. I would recommend.

We rented this property because of the ski in ski out and reviews. The good: If you are a decent skier/snow border, the ski in ski out is true. The management was very responsive. There's a garage holds two cars. The not so good: Beginner skiers/snow borders will find it difficult to ski out and depending on the conditions, skiing in. If need to hike it, its not that bad. The entire condo is hammered. Lots of work is needed. The first night a shower head broke off completely in one bath and the master bath tub hot water would not shut off. it was running, not just dripping. The management did however repair as soon as they could get access. The bed in the master bedroom was not comfortable. The furniture could be replaced. Without going into details, It was the most uncomfortable place we've rented. In a nut shell: If its a bunch of guys pitching in to ski or board for a few days, this place will work. If you're a family looking for a nice place, and don't mind spending the money, this isn't.
