Breakfast was pretty poor considering the status of the hotel. Their scrambled eggs was the worst I've ever had.

The location is excellent.
The bathroom sink does not have any space to stand your toiletries and the taps are separate instead of more convenient mixer taps.
As the bathroom is so small, the shower door should have a sliding door instead of a door that opens outwards. The shower taps were separate and fiddly, instead of having more convenient mixer taps.
The Spa was not free for guests which it should be!

Central location - however long walk from non private car parks if you are driving.
Open doors at night, lots of rowdy loud people and key card NOT required to enter room areas. Luckily we were all in one room, I wouldn’t stay here with family again. I’ve stayed at similar rating hotels and this didn’t feel close. Worst part was being asked to settle a £149 bill that I didn’t incur, may of been an honest mistake but made me feel uncomfortable and less trustful.
