Excellent location, clean rooms, comfortable beds, and fairly spacious in size. The reception staff were friendly and welcoming.
The undreground parking could be better sign posted, as it can be confusing when it looks like you're driving down a restricted road.

Good position. Restaurant was very nice.
I thought the room might have been a bit bigger. I thought they could have put more tea and coffee in the room. Overall I was happy.

Central location is very convenient and the onsite parking is very useful. Staff were very helpful and friendly
Very dated room - very tired bathroom. So much noise from Mill street over the road, loud music until about 1am which made sleeping difficult. I understand it’s a central hotel but old windows did little to hide the noise.
