Very Clean and Tidy, Nice and Spacious, Nicely Decorated, Spacious King Room, Lovely Spacious Shower, Lovely Large Patio with a Beautiful View of Cardiff Bay Docks, Robes, Iron, Kettle, Tea Bags, Cup, Sugar Sachets, Coffee and a Coffee Machine, Plenty of Towels and Toiletries, A Nice Size TV, Good Lighting, Good Air Conditioning and good Plug Sockets for Charging my Phone etc and a Great Breakfast.
I have some Health Conditions and I cannot use Lifts, I can only use Stairs and because the Stairs are within the Entrance of the Hotel Spa I could only stay out until 9:00pm because that’s when the Spa Doors Close after this time and I would not be able to gain access to the Stairs to get to my Room after 9:00pm, so I could not enjoy my outside time for longer which ruined part of the stay for what I paid for.

At breakfast only scrambled egg was available unless you asked- we weren't told that you could ask for fried or poached eggs instead
The hotel parking was very expensive- even more than the public car park next to it

Staff were nice and friendly
No way this is a five star hotel. Old and shabby. Not very comfortable at all. Breakfast was OK, restaurant and bar were not very comfortable. Bedroom was serviceable but the aircon was extremely noisy. No charging point unless you left the light switched on.
