The staff are really helpful and friendly. The breakfast being included, gym and parking on site is convenient. Loved the option to lounge about in other areas and 24/7 availability of coffee/tea. Easy to get into the city centre and it is a walk away from other restaurants.

Buffet breakfast offered a very good variety. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
The SMART TV functions (apps) were disabled I found this unacceptable. The quality of the toilet tissue was poor (yuk). The entrance to the building had cigarette butts in the bushes, better training of your staff is required as I witnessed members tossing them to the ground (whilst still alight) - very poor example being set. We found the pillows to be lumpy and generally uncomfortable overall.

Staff at the property is amazingly great, the best I have come across. Very professional yet very attentive to guest needs. And trying their best to help the guest.
Calling the place a "suite" is a sham. The minute sofa bed is opened there is no living room left. Bed room has bed only and hardly walking / standing space. Closet was so small that I had to live from my suitcase for the entire stay. Hotel flatly declined providing shower cap and room slippers - something "IHG" as a brand doesn't believe in providing. 5 out of 6 days exactly same breakfast was served. Every time someone took a shower the bathroom would flood since glass partition hinges are right next to the shower head.
