Great central location, spacious room. Nice bright bathroom, shaving mirror & good shower. Excellent gym pool and spa. Very good breakfast.
Room a little dusty (top of sockets etc) everything else clean.

The bedroom are very comfortable and quiet .
Man in reception was very helpful you can leave luggage in a room . Stayed many times, discount when you park at the car park opposite
Staff were very good , but some items of hot breakfast was cold , had to ask for several items but brought them straight away .

The bar and lounge area is lovely and welcoming. Breakfasts has a variety to choose from. Location is walk away from city centre and also next to theatre and not far from the castle
The parking which has nothing to do with hotel but is recommended and opposite hotel (NCP) smells of urine especially lifts and pricey even though you get the discount as hotel resident. The pool is not so warm an no sauna just steam. Dinner was pricey for what it’s worth.
