Perfect location. Just a ten minute walk to the centre. On site parking which was locked over right. The room was well decorated and had a kettle with hot chocolate, teas, coffee and biscuits. The bed and pillows were sooooooooooo comfy and the room we stayed in was really quiet and we slept so well. Breakfast was awesome. A huge selection of fresh fruit, yogurts, cereals and muffins. Very good cooked breakfast selection which is cooked fresh to order with quality products. Freshly brewed tea/coffee and toast with a choice of breads. We asked for more toast and it came quickly. The staff were very professional and attentive for any requests.

Spacious. Good location. Great breakfast.
Parking situation. We booked this property on the grounds free parking was stated to be included. On arrival we were advised there wasn’t any parking & was met with an ambivalent attitude by one particular member of staff.
There were three spaces onsite blocked by cones.
After a 7 hour drive my husband found a space over a mile away and walked back.
I was informed should have booked parking in advance. Terms and conditions state that reservation of parking is not possible.
After returning to reception and showing the booking stated free parking I was informed there was a space after all.
My husband walked the mile back to retrieve the car. In the onsite car park a couple informed me they were staying at another hotel and had reserved and paid for a space via an app a few hours back.
Unacceptable arrangements and not a good start to our stay.
