Booked a junior suite this time certainly not disappointed.
Plenty of space with some nice finishing touches of a proper coffee machine, fridge stocked with bottled water and soft drinks. Having a "separate" sitting area was nice although the lighting could be improved.
Bed comfy as always but seems to get bigger with each stay...!
Not offered the vouchers for the daily coffee on arrival and had to request them which was confusing for the bar/coffee man in the restaurant who had to check if we were eligible for them(!).
Air conditioning not working in the room which is why we guess there was a stand alone unit to use.

First time at Leonardo, and we were really impressed . Everything was lovely & clean, staff were lovely & helpful, the breakfast was absolutely delicious & had absolutely everything, will definitely be visiting again.

The wooden floors in the building very noisy.
We stayed on the 4th floor we felt sorry for the guests below us as you couldn't walk on the floor with the floors crecking and the hall way was the same.
I hope they fix the problem
