perfect location for train and bus stations. hotel located in a main street, restaurants, pubs, shops and a market hall all close by. staff very nice. my room was very nice and comfortable, and breakfast excellent.
lift from reception to upper floors was not working and i never saw any engineers about.

Hotel was well furnished.
Staff friendly
Didn’t realise that this hotel is on one of the main roads for pubs etc. People outside singing/ shouting and music being played , outside through until 2am.
The hotel did advertise a bar but this was closed.

Excellent location, price ok.
Breakfast, some cooked items were cold, the rest was luke warm at best, needs to improve. No information was given until we arrived regarding the discount the car parking.
