Pool was nice.
Staff in reception and bar/restaurant nice
sports on bar tv
Water cooler at the end of the corridors on each floor with bottles to fill up for night
neighbors at end of carpark are questionable. don't park anywhere near it - the flung a burrito out on to my car.

Staff were friendly & helpful. Breakfast was fantastic with a wide range of food available for every diet.
The property was brilliant. A little walk on the centre but that was fine
The pool was a little on the cold side.
One problem and nothing to do with the property were the addicts hanging around the main road behind the front of the building which was the way we walked into town. This is no reflection on the property or staff but wasn’t pleasant when walking to the centre. We opted to use uber so we didn’t have to use this road as much. Especially at night

BREAKFAST WAS OK... NOT THAT MUCH SELECTION...
POOL WAS OVER CROWDED EVEN THOUGH IT IS 8:30AM ON A SUNDAY...AND MOST OF THEM ARE FAMILIES WITH CHILDREN --- TOO NOISY IN THE JACUZZI...3 -4 ASIAN FAMILIES IN THE JACUZZI...
ROOM WAS OK, EXCEPT FOR THE MINI BAR - NO MINI BAR OR COMPLIMENTARY WATER...
NO STAFF TO TALK TO WHILST YOU ARE IN THE ROOM (NO TELEPHONE TO CALL HSK OR RECEPTION)... YOU NEED TO GO TO RECEPTION...THEY HAVE AN APP WHERE YOU CAN ORDER OR REQUEST STUFFS... I DID USED THE APP - REQUESTED FOR LAUNDRY BAG - DID NO ARRIVED ON SATURDAY AFTERNOON THAT I REQUESTED IT...UNTIL I CAME TO RECEPTION ON SUNDAY MORNING TO COMPLAIN ABOUT IT...
