Perfectly located, you can walk to Tlaquepaque while staying out of the hustle and bustle. Our property is secluded yet close to downtown Sedona. You can sit and relax Creekside while listening to the gentle waters and taking in a great book or a calming nap. We have 3 community Hot Tubs all right next to Oak Creek. Uptown Los Abrigados Resort and world famous Tlaquepaque is a few blocks around the corner; a short distance upstream. The neighborhood has hiking, biking and other creek access areas nearby too. We have private trails right here on our property!! If you head away from the cabins, parallel to the creek...past the other cabins and private property signs, you will enter the other half of our property. We enjoyed our stay in this comfy updated unit. The unit is located close to all of Sedona's attractions and had everything we needed for our stay. The bed and bathroom door need oiled as they squeak loudly, but other than that, the unit was clean and quiet.

Quaint cottage on the edge of town, had everything we needed for a short stay. Easy enough to get to restaurants and attractions, but away from the hustle and bustle.

Great location not far from main attractions in Sedona. Leaving 4 stars but probably generous. The door code we were provided did not work and significant delay in get new code reset. Weather was unseasonably cold but condo was 39 degrees when we arrived and the next morning temp had only risen to 60 degrees. Recent upgrade to the interior was nice but the single heater didn’t keep the room comfortable. The bed greatly needs upgrade in both comfort and it was very creaky. We were also disappointed the listing didn’t indicate it was an upstairs unit with one very steep outdoor stair case.

The property is in an interesting location very close to the main part of town while still feeling secluded. You have to bump over some rough road to get there, and we would have appreciated better signage. It felt a little sketchy arriving in the dark. Be aware of a steep set of stairs to haul your luggage up and down. Hot tubs were well maintained, though 2 of the 3 were a little too visible for my liking. The one that was used the most by far was around the corner of the building and therefore less visible. As mentioned in other reviews, the creaky bed was noisy enough that a light sleeper can't sleep well; and the walls weren't as sound proof as I would have liked. Traffic was a nightmare at any time other than early morning. We would make wagers on how long it would take us to get back every evening; there was never less than 20-30 min of barely inching along in town. We wished we had rented e-bikes; we’d have gotten around much faster. I didn't appreciate the extra deposit fee that was required through a third party, and I didn't feel like it was well disclosed in the VRBO listing when I made the initial reservation. The listing was later updated, so I'm glad they've made more of an effort to disclose that. Overall, I probably wouldn't choose to stay here again. Pros: Clean, updated decor.

Great property, close to everything while still feeling secluded. The unit was very clean. Check in process was a breeze. The walls are a little thin; our neighbors for one night during our stay were awake late and while they were not loud, we could hear their conversation and activities clearly. The cold water knob in the shower needs adjusted as it could turn all the way around and made managing the water temp a challenge. Don’t let those comments keep you from staying though, perfect place if your taking in all there is to offer in Sedona and need to place to rest.

We were coming into Sedona for a wedding and this was perfect. In remote feeling area but close to all the sights / downtown. Great place in a beautiful city!

Great property and location. We loved being on the creek and took full advantage of the hot tub. One improvement I would suggest would be is to get a higher quality mattress and bed frame. The bed frame woukd creak with every little movement.
