We were very excited to stay here for the start of our trip! We wouldn't usually stay somewhere as expensive but read the reviews and photos and decided to splurge! We were really looking forward to meeting/having Marty & Nita as hosts due to how great of reviews they got. It was also important to us to stay somewhere with English speaking hosts as we do not speak Spanish and wanted to be able to communicate smoothly and get recommendations! Unfortunately, Marty & Nita were not there during our trip. Their staff were all very kind but we were not able to communicate with anyone, which was difficult at times. The breakfast was great, property was well taken care of, and we loved spending time with the dogs! We were also expecting the property to be more private as it is only two rooms but there was very limited privacy with workers staying there as well. Overall, we had a great experience!

We absolutely loved being immersed in the jungle, surrounded by nature! Nita and Marty have truly built a little paradise here. Incredibly responsive to communication and very helpful. Breakfasts were easily customizable and tasty. Room was clean and hosts made sure we had everything we needed. I highly recommend their B&B. The road to the property is a bit challenging, so I would suggest driving to it at least the first time in the daylight.
