There are quite a lot of things I liked about this place:
The room (suite) we got was huge in comparison to other places in Istanbul. It was very clean and equipped with different amenities and tools. The location was also very good.
The cleaning staff kept the place immaculate and shiny. Although they were doing their job, no noise was being heard. I have never seen such a case in my experiences.
The area this hotel exceptionally does well is their staff. I contacted them time and again in person or using WhatsApp asking them for some help or suggestions. They never let me down. I am truly grateful.
There are two names I remember: Tugra, the bellboy, handled everything pretty well. And most deservedly Sümeyye, the young lovely lady working as the receptionist with perfect English command and communication skill. She never stopped helping me with beats and pieces, and replied to every question I had attentively.
What I thought they could do better for their family suites is to provide basic cleaning commodities such as shampoo, hygiene or vanity kits, and toothbrush and toothpaste.

This was an amazing place. I loved everything. Very secure, clean safe and quiet. The bed was so comfortable and the internet was fast. The unit was large as well. Sumeye and Osman and Hamza were very sweet and helpful.
The overnight guys that work reception can smile a little or be a bit more welcoming when they greet guests checking in very late at night.

I had a pleasant stay overall. The location is excellent and very convenient for visiting Istanbul’s attractions, restaurants, and public transportation. The staff were friendly, helpful, and professional throughout my stay. The rooms were very clean and well maintained.
There were, however, a few areas that could be improved. The area can be a bit noisy, especially at certain times of the day. It would also be helpful if dishwashing liquid and laundry detergent for the washing machine were provided. In addition, not all rooms have air conditioning, which may be uncomfortable during warm weather.
