This professionally curated vintage apartment is walking distance to Old Town Scottsdale and fashion square, the hottest destination in Phoenix. You can walk to restaurants, shopping and bars. Enjoy your time at our pool as well! The apartment contains a Smart TV, WiFi, king-size bed in master, bunk beds plus single, pack & play crib, kids toys and furnishings to keep you comfortable. This hip apartment welcomes friends and family of all ages. We put time and effort into making sure everything is readily accessible to our guests without having to search for things. Note that while the kitchen , the home is located in a very cool, 1970's apartment building with original walls and ceiling. *We have this property professionally serviced for bugs frequently, but they do sometimes sneak inside. Please note that if it is summer, there may be bugs from time to time. Please keep doors closed at all times and food away. Kitchen & Dining -Fully stocked kitchen with pots, pans, knives, and basic cooking utensils. -Flatware and dinnerware for 6 guests -Full, modern appliance suite including full size fridge and microwave -Coffee Machine -Children's flatware and a booster seat. 4-person dining room table -Community washer and dryer Living Room -Brand new comfortable couch -50" smart TV with Netflix -Full bath with shower and tub -Free wi-fi throughout the unit Bedroom & Bathroom: -Bedroom 1 contains a king-size bed, as well as an en-suite bathroom. -Bedroom 2 contains a twin-over-full bunk bed, as well as a second twin -Pack-N-Play crib is located in the closet for your little ones -Shampoo, conditioner, shower soap provided for your convenience -Hair dryer -Fresh, clean hand and bath towels fresh for each guest Bathrooms: -Full Bath with shower/tub -Shampoo and conditioner provided for guests -Hair dryer -Luxury hand and bath towels fresh for each guest Living Room: -Large Sectional -HD Flat screen TV ready for your streaming apps -High speed wifi (free) Outdoor Areas -Private patio off the living room -Community pool with seating and pool accessories (pool is not heated) -Mini putting green with golf balls and putters Parking And Access -You have 1 unassigned covered parking spot located in the back of the building -Street parking is available right in front of the apartment if you choose -The home can be accessed via self-check-in with a keypad lock on the front door Outdoor or Community Features: -WALKABLE to Old Town Scottsdale, the hottest neighborhood in Phoenix and the surrounding areas.-Community pool, please note there is no lifeguard -The home can be accessed via self-check-in upon arrival -Private outdoor patio furniture for our guests is located right outside the front door to the apartment on the shared walkway. NOTE: Quite hours in all outdoor areas are at 10pm, 7 nights per week. IMPORTANT: There is no lifeguard on duty at the community pool. Children must be supervised at all times and occupants are responsible for cleaning up after themselves in all outdoor areas. Laundry & Amenities: -There is a washer and dryer in the unit -We provide a basic amenities kit for each guest including 2 rolls of toilet per bathroom paper and 2 rolls of paper towels and a bit of dish soap/detergent, full toiletry kits with shampoo conditioner and hygiene items. For longer stays you will want to purchase additional amenities.

Overall the property met our needs. Suggestions — bath mats and extra bed pillows would be appreciated and helpful. More than one bath towel per person is not unreasonable.

The rooms are not staged as pictured. There are many broken and worn items in the apartment. Lights weren't working. Master bathroom door was barely able to be opened. The heat in the apartment wasn't working during our December stay. Super cold and no one came to fix it. The front door is a sliding glass door (what you would expect a balcony door to be). Didn't feel the safest.

When we booked it was not mentioned that it was an apartment on the second floor. One of person who stayed with us had some mobility issues but managed. Was disappointed with the lack of upkeep such as not able to use the pool. That was one of the reasons we booked the place. The size of the place was good. But the shower door in the main bathroom was not working properly and the first night here it was cool in the place. No light in the fridge and hallway light did not work. Not enough frying pans (1 small)to even cook breakfast such as eggs. One outside chair has a hole in it mot able to sit. The place was clean but when I first open the door it was musty smelling. Turned the oven on and it smelt burnt looked in and it was dirty with something that boiled over. 1 good point is that the location was good. Close to everything wanted to do.

Two bedrooms, master is roomy and bed is comfy. Second bedroom has three beds, mattresses aren’t very comfortable, but they were good enough. We didn’t have wifi but our cell service was 5G so we used our phones as hot spots, the checkin instructions didn’t have the name of the wifi so we tried all of them only to learn the router was unplugged. (It’s located behind the plant in the kitchen). Couch is worn out but we weren’t there long enough for it to be an issue. Unit is located on the end so it was quiet. Parking was fine. Location was great, nice places to eat within walking distance. Overall a decent stay and a decent place. All expectations met.

Nice outside area but the gem is inside. Well decorated, maintained, clean, QUIET and much bigger than assumed. You will enjoy what you get for the affordable price. Walk everywhere, close to everything! Host was responsive and thoughtful. Booking here again would be MY pleasure.

I have to say we we were quite disappointed with the property. The “decor” pictures online made it seem like we were getting a cute boho type apartment. That is definitely not the case which is super disappointing for the money. First, the apartment smelled bad , I think it was old, musty, dirty, damp smell. The house decor did look like the pictures but the craftsmanship in the house update was very poor. Huge gaps in the floor, messy painting, furniture falling apart, a huge support board and screws fell of the bunkbed in the middle of the night while my daughter was sleeping on it.Then kitchen was completely ill-equipped with only 2 coffee cups and 3 wine glasses. Clogged main bathroom sink, so clogged there would have been no way for the cleaning people to have missed it. No lighting in the family room, the only lamp was broken. One or two outlets in each room with no power strips so no where to charge anything. I actually asked the owner if the units had fans because we are a family that sleeps with fans and they responded no so we packed some and flew across the country with them only to find out they had some. Which was nice and but also made angers. I agree with the other review about the door barely feeling locked, but bright hood was nice and felt safe.

Stayed with a friend for a few days while we explored Scottsdale. Fantastic location near Old Town and very “Melrose Place” vibe. Could have used a few more mugs and glasses and as an older building it had a few quirks but it was lots of fun and Jacob was a great host

Awesomely responsive host. Convenient to Old Town. A little older place - nostalgic vibe. Unheated pool too cold to use. Coffee shops and restaurants within walking distance. Would stay again for the convenience.

There are many pros: location, amount of beds, laundry in unit, ample towels, comfortable couch. There are some cons: hard to find parking, cockroaches in bathrooms and kitchen, lack of cooking supplies like pans and hot mitts, glass door that locks feels unsafe, early sunrise shines in main bedroom early. Overall it’s a good place for the money.

Excellent location to downtown! Plus there is a small market with great coffee, wine, and a small menu. The hosts provide some water bottles and snacks which was very nice when arriving late. The space was comfortable and just like the pictures. The architecture in the area is throwback to the 1950’s !

This property is truly walking distance to Old Town Scottsdale. Very clean and looks like what you see in photos. No real drawbacks other than the sofa is very soft an not good for sleeping on, if that bothers you. This property was very well priced and much better than a hotel. We recommend this rental.
