Lovely back garden and seating area spacious room and just the little extras in the fridge fizzy pop and drinks for children tea and coffee biscuits everything laid on impressed

Comfortable well furnished room in a fine old Whitby house with rather magnificent deeply carpeted stair cases. The room has excellent bathroom facilities. Nice little fridge with various soft drinks and water. Plenty of coffee, tea and fruit tea drinks plus bonus of a couple of instant porridges. Excellent free parking facilities for my car.
The walk up the hill whilst great exercise is hard on the knees when one is older.
