The house is exactly as pictured, great fenced back yard with patio. Lots of space, plenty of room for a family or group of friends. There is any kitchen "stuff" you would need to be able to cook meals. Wifi is good, Smart TV in the LR. Fridge icemaker does not work but I expected that from previous reviews (might be mentioned in the listing too, can't remember) we just bought ice, no big deal. The location is downtown Pensacola, convenient to everything, we love staying downtown and just making day trips to the beach. The fenced back yard was perfect, our dogs were safe and and had plenty of room. The downtown area of Pensacola is up and coming, there are brand-new homes, older renovated homes and older unrenovated homes all around downtown. That's just how it is. There are sidewalks in the neighborhood, people & pets walking and kids playing and we felt completely safe. It was a great stay and we would definitely rent this house again.

The actual house was very clean and wel equipped with everything we needed. The location as a while is not as nice as I would have expected for the price we paid. I realize the area is undergoing a revitalization of sorts but not at all clean and other properties are very much run down.

Well appointed home in South Pensacola. Close to downtown and beaches. Communication with owners was convenient and quick. We had to change our reservations and they were very accommodating!

We have been spending a minimum of 3 or 4 weeks a summer in Pensacola for the last 10 years. We normally stay on the island, but couldn’t this year because we brought a pet with us. Jessica was absolutely as good a hostess as we have had at any property. We will definitely reconsider after our stay here. We made 2 or 3 turns and had a straight shot to the beach. The neighbors were also very friendly and helpful. We would be privileged to stay again in the future!

Cute quiet home
Cute quiet home
House was super cute and neighborhood is a very quiet. I was a little nervous at first driving to home. But they are rebuilding the neighborhood up and it was so quiet and peaceful. 3 adult couples and a baby under 1. They had a playpen set up for baby and house was perfect for us.

We stayed at this home while we were in town helping my sister move. This home is beautiful inside. It has been recently renovated and it has a high-end, but still cozy feel. There were a few things that were a bit odd, but overall, we enjoyed our stay. The neighborhood around the house is in the midst of revitalization. But, there are some boarded up homes within 1-2 blocks of the home. It might leave some with an uneasy feeling about the safety of the neighborhood. The master bedroom was comfortable, but it was odd that the bed was so small. One of the secondary bedrooms has a larger bed even though the master bedroom is bigger. The shower in the master bathroom had no shower curtain and was right in front of a window with no window covering. It left me feeling a little exposed when showering. Lastly, the ice maker/water dispenser in the refrigerator was not working. So, we didn't have ice unless we went to a local store to buy a bag and put it in the freezer. Overall, we really liked the house and it certainly deserves 5 stars. I just wanted to mention the few odd inconveniences as feedback to the host.
