Situated in Pensacola, this attractive condo for $242 per night is a great option for your next break. We have been hosting since 2018! We love sharing our downtown residence with travelers coming to explore our vibrant city! Many locals come to catch a concert or celebrate a special occasion, or just to enjoy a staycation! Built in 1930 as The Red Snapper Sauce Company, later uses included a grocery wholesaler, a candy wholesaler, an antique store, & even a tattoo parlor! This historic building has been renovated as a trendy three bedroom private residence in the heart of Downtown Pensacola. We are walking distance to (EVERYTHING) restaurants, parks, coffee shops, shopping, breweries, Vinyl Music Hall, Pensacola Bay Center, Wahoos Stadium, Palafox Pier where boat ferries will take you to Ft. Pickens & Pensacola Beach. Something for everyone and 10 minute drive to Pensacola Beach! Guests will have the entire place to themselves (but we are nearby if needed), with access to full kitchen, washer/dryer, two full bathrooms, & a well appointed lounge with a bar, pool table, couches & smart TV. Free private parking on site also provided.

This was the perfect location for a girls weekend in Downtown Pensacola. The location is walking distance from downtown. We were able to park our vehicles for the weekend and walk everywhere. We loved the feel of the place, its perfect spot for friends or family to gather and make memories. We hope to be able to return again.

The property is tucked away just blocks away from downtown businesses but far enough away to not be noisy from foot traffic. Nice industrial decor. Pool table was a bonus when we got back to the place. Great water pressure! We would stay again.

I absolutely loved staying here, easily my favorite VRBO rental experience ever. When I arrived, super simple contactless check in with the key in a lockbox (code provided by owner) and I let myself in. The front room is MASSIVE. A super comfortable lounge space, pool table and bar, huge TV, WiFi, everything you could ask for. Kitchen was perfect, full size appliances, microwave, plenty of cookware and utensils. Table and stools for 4 people. Each bedroom is a little different, but all clean comfortable and also with their own TV (4 TVs in the unit). This whole place is a funky, retro setting with more character than you could ever ask for. It's like stepping back in time. Very private (and quiet), especially at night. Parking is fantastic and easy. It is indeed close to everything. 10 minute walk to all of downtown. 10 minute drive to the airport. We definitely want to stay here for all our business trips to Pensacola.

Garbage outside, lots of roaches inside, bad plumbing, leaking faucets. Disappointing. Had to get another location to have food with the huge roaches. Wry disappointed. Told owners and response was not aware. Really disappointed and disgusted with this experience. Our last VRBO was awesome.

Wonderful spacious and relaxing space to spend time with family/friends. Walking distance for food/entertainment. Beds were comfortable. Nice soft bath towels. We had a mini family reunion and this rental where we stayed was our gathering place. We had ages from 3-71 and all enjoyed it from shooting pool, playing jenga or just sitting around catching up.

The property was great! The rooms were nicely appointed and the bottles of water upon arrival were a nice touch after traveling. The location made it easy to walk to the majority of the venues and to the bars and restaurants on Palafox. I would definitely recommend this space to others.

It took about 10 minutes to get the keypad to work so we could get inside. Once inside, the property was not as pictured on VRBO. The light over the pool table was broken, the furnishings were shabby and the rugs in the bathrooms were dirty. The owner had left a note saying that he lived there when it wasn’t rented. The AC and heat controls were in his adjoining office so if you wanted to change the settings you had to text him. (He lost his phone so that wouldn’t have worked.) Overall, it wasn’t a place we felt we could stay so we found other accommodations. When we tried to return the key, we had the same problem with the keypad. The owner had called me back the first day on his girlfriend’s phone so I was able to contact her. She was very nice and said they would give us a refund but nothing so far. Do not recommend this place at all.

Great location for walking, scooters, etc around downtown Pensacola! Nice large, open rental that's just perfect for those with furry friends. Owner was excellent to work with & will stay here again when in Pensacola. Pool table & bar was a nice plus to an already great rental! Loved the airstream food court/bar!

We came down for a family vacation with our 5 year old and dog. The place was very accommodating and was exactly as described. We really enjoyed playing pool each night and there was more than enough room for our son and dog to run around and play. It was perfectly located.. we loved walking downtown to grab coffee and eat! Definitely would like to come back and stay next time we are in the area!

Cudos to our host Louis. A great place in a perfect location. Brought my grandson Evan and his girlfriend Rhiannon. Enjoyed walking to the pubs, restaurants, and having coffee at Fosko's. Everyone we met were very nice and we felt safe in this beautiful Seville Historic District. We will be back!
