The staff was exceptionally friendly and polite. Van was very helpful and happy to help. He even paid using his phone to get the washing machine going for me since both washing machines were not working because the part that takes the quarters was malfunctioning.

A few things. One was that I was locked out of my room multiple times because your key cards were malfunctioning. At one point I couldn't get into the side entrance, but fortunately one of the maintenance guys let me in because he could see I had my card and my hands were full. They said they were updating or repairing the room key card scanners. The idoor into the room was very squeaky and loud especially late at night when we would get back. I informed the front desk of it and they were having a maintenance person fix it. Also both washing machines were out of operation the first time I tried to do laundry and then the next day only one was working but was being used so we took our laundry somewhere else. I understand with mechanical equipment things do break down so not a big deal. One very frustrating thing is that when we called they said the third and fourth floors were pet free rooms. When I heard a dog barking a few doors down it was very frustrating! When I asked at the desk they said someone might have snuck a pet in and they would look into it. When I checked with someone else the next morning they said your entire Hotel is pet friendly. My wife has very bad allergies especially with pets so we always have to make sure we get a pet free room. You should not be telling people that you can get a pet free room when you actually can't guarantee it. Fortunately though, our room was clean. Everyone should know what floors are pet-free and which ones aren't and don't offer pet-free rooms if you're going to have pets on that floor. Everyone was very accommodating and the breakfast and coffee was good every morning. Not trying to complain, just thought it would be helpful to your business.
