This Residence Inn is above the rest for its comfort and location. However they charge $12 for unsecured parking. I saw no security in a lot that is like all others but they charge $12. I guess next time ill park across the street to avoid this money grab. I also have a $20 charge that gives no explanation and it wasnt on my hard copy when I left. Kind of shady.

We pulled in about 7:30 on a Monday night. No parking for a pickup and a 6 ft bike hauler. Had to park in the adjacent business. Told the attendant we were not paying the $12 for parking because we were forced to park off property. The gentleman lied and said he took it off, then the lady at the desk in the morning at 5:30 am had an attitude about me asking why it was still on the bill. We left hours before we intended because we were scared were were gong to be towed or ticketed. I will Never stay there again. 2nd time we had piss poor service with an attitude. Charged for parking when there was none.

The beds and bedding were very uncomfortable. Also the noise level was very high. We were on the 3rd floor and we could hear the guests walking around their suite throughout the duration of both days/nights.

I expected more for this price. It seems like this location was extremely understaffed. Check in was late because they didn’t have a clean room, it took two hours to get an extra blanket. We had to request hand soap for our room because it wasn’t provided. Towels at the pool were scarce. We asked for more towels along with multiple other guest and staff brought four small hand towels for the pool. The bed was uncomfortable. The front desk also informed us that they do not honor veterans, only members of the military on active duty. I will not be staying with a Marriott again.

Very nice hotel. Up to date. Quality facility. Only complaint is that we were there from Saturday - Tuesday . Never received maid service even once. Had to go down and get towels twice. Haul out damp cloths. Empty and replace garbage cans and liners. Make my own bed. It was over the holiday weekend, but I assume if you are open and you are charging a fee, you should provide services. With all that said, the front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. I’d may book there again just because the facility was so nice.

Full transparency…I’m a Gold Bonvoy member… Well maintained property…great location…staff friendly,helpful,welcoming as always. Couple of observations worth mentioning: the refrigerator in the room I stayed in was extremely noisy. ( I recognize that this is an issue in many hotels…I have become a serial “unplugged’. Also…had the thermostat set at 80° for hours… the temp never got higher than 74 and mostly hovered between 71 and 73 through my entire stay. Typically not a problem but on a 18°night in Bend OR…. a little chilly. I pass this information onto you with the full awareness that there are much more important issues impacting our lives and planet. Thanks for listening.

Large selection of tasty foods at breakfast. Great oatmeal and toppings. Clean pool and nice hot hot tub. Really enjoyed a spacious room to spread out. Lemon water always appreciated!

The bathrooms are not heated! our bathroom was freezing we had to leave the door open at all times. There was only 1 elevator working which was very annoying. We also got denied our late check out request. Other than that the property and room was very clean and safe. The pool and gym are in great condition.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Convenient to the Mill District offerings and a great place for dogs with a run area and immediate trail access. Although there a per pet and per day charge it is less than some of the competitors.

Not knowing where was the best place to stay in the Old Mill district in Bend, I felt safe that the Marriott would be comfortable. And it was more that that. Clean and attractive outside and inside. Everyone on staff that we met were kind and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean. It was a quick trip, but those are the ones that I want the most comfortable stay in a hotel. Thank you for providing that.

Shopping and dining was only about two blocks away. Very safe neighborhood and the rooms are gigantic at 375 square feet.

Very clean and well appointed. Room was spacious. Loved the happy hour in the lobby in the afternoon. They had food you could order but we were too tired to eat.

We loved our room. It was very spacious. There was a small seating with an L-shaped couch. The king bed was wonderful. The room also inclued had a huge walkin shower and a kitchenette complete with stove refrigerator etc. I would highly recommend this hotel!

When we checked in, we noticed in the room there was a pack n play in the room still even though we didn’t request one. We checked the bed and noticed it was dirty and hair was in the sheets. The counter tops had food and stuff still stuck to them. We told the front desk lady and she called her manager to ask what she could do. They told us a cleaner would be up to clean up and all she did was took the pack n play. Her manager told her there wasn’t anything they could do. We went out and bought Lysol wipes to clean ourselves. We had to turn the heater up just so we could sleep on the top of the bed because the sheets and bedding were still dirty. We hate complaining but to stay in a dirty room was not ideal. We got they were full but why not switch our room to an empty one and clean ours and give it to another guest after it was properly cleaned. Kinda ruined our first couple trip to bend.

This hotel is a great, affordable option for staying in Bend! It is very close to the Old Mill district, several restaurants, and a grocery store. The hotel was clean and quiet which was great! I was a little surprised at having to pay for parking since this hotel is not downtown and they have a huge parking lot and the water in the lobby was never full which was a huge bummer. We kept having to buy water elsewhere (as the hotel charged $5 per water bottle) which is definitely not what we expected. Overall, great stay just a few things to note!
