Great central location but not too busy either. It was also very close to the Deschutes River trail for morning walks. It seemed in new condition, so very clean and comfortable. Rooms were quite large for the price. There was a stove, fridge and microwave. Good for a long stay if needed. No breakfast, but really good coffee!
Considering all the cooking infrastructure, the room did not have any dishes or cookware. But we were given some silverware and bowls when we asked. The worst thing I can say about MyPlace is their logo: it looks like it belongs on a fast food burger restaurant, or a cheap toy store. It may be on purpose, not trying to be The Marriott, but it still failed. If you don't mind staying in a place with an ugly logo, this hotel is for you! (We'd still stay here again)

Large room, very clean and updated. Friendly staff at front desk and in the halls.
The single elevator was pretty slow but it was easy to take the stairs.

Great value for the money and close to the river trails

Good location in town. Clean rooms.
The walls are extremely thin. We could hear our neighbors having a full conversation 1-3 AM. The mattresses are hard. Furniture is cheap. No breakfast. No pool, or gym.
