The location was perfect for visiting the old town without being too touristy.
The hotel itself was very boutique and the staff were excellent.
It even has a roof top bar.
Very minor but the beautiful black bathroom's light switch was black too and difficult to find the first time in the dark.

Fabulous stay in Florence. Classy, understated, friendly and beautiful.
The hairdryer could be better. But that really is the only thing I could find fault with.
