Great location. Beautiful modern hotel at the harbour with parking. Good restaurant. Nice easy 15-20 minute walk along the seafront to the main centre.

The hotel is well-maintained and new, the staff are very nice and gave us great recommendations for restaurants in the area. The location is excellent, within walking distance of the city and the port, and also provides quick access to sites around the island

Modern hotel, good breakfast, nice & comfy rooms
Had a lot of outside noise as the room was located right next to some big A/C outlets. Several rooms on the backside of the building should share the same issue. Rooms were generally clean but found a sock from the previous guest and some minor other issues - no dealbreakers though. Would stay again

On the positive side, the apartment itself was spacious and offered plenty of room. The bed was comfortable, and the underground parking garage made parking very easy and convenient.
Overall, the accommodation has some good features, but the misleading information regarding air conditioning and the poor breakfast experience significantly affected our stay.
The biggest disappointment was that the apartment does not have a functioning air-conditioning system, despite this being mentioned in the description. The installed system is not capable of cooling the apartment at all. Previous reviews have already pointed this out, and unfortunately the issue still has not been resolved. During our stay the temperatures were moderate, but in the summer I would definitely not choose this accommodation.
Another major negative point was the breakfast service. Items that had run out were often not replenished, leaving guests with a very limited selection. In addition, the breakfast staff made us feel quite uncomfortable. They were often unfriendly, dismissive, and unwelcoming. We travel frequently and have not experienced such an unpleasant atmosphere at breakfast for a long time.
