We absolutely loved our stay at The Silo Hotel. It was such a lovely surprise and far exceeded our expectations. The room was incredibly comfortable, beautifully presented and had everything we could have wanted. It felt like a real treat and was the perfect place to relax after a busy day
The only slight hiccup was checking in. The Bell was not heard …It wasn’t immediately clear where or how to check in, and we ended up having to ask at the bar. A little clearer signage or information on arrival would make the experience even better.

Lovely clean room, comfortable bed and TV with all streaming channels. Water was hot and shower pressure good. Good central location, parked in Eastgate car park.
Room 3 on the corner, could hear all traffic noise despite the double glazing added over the existing original windows. Lighting in bathroom very dim coupled with black furnishings and toilet made hard to navigate. Also a damp, drain smell from the bathroom so had to keep door shut.
