I would stay at this home again!
The only issue was that we were going to grill out and there was no gas for the grill. We used the stove and that worked great.

Convenient, Spacious, and Well Appointed Home for a Group
The home was as described. The home is well appointed with everything we needed to cook and be together or apart. The home is such that the bedrooms felt separated and the living space was airy. The heating system is wonderfully fast (if you are there in the winter)! The home was overall quite clean, lights well labelled, and the kitchen was easy to move about in. Being a multi-story home with a separated downstairs unit (basically) meant plenty of room and privacy for everyone. It was quite spacious for us. The neighborhood was very peaceful for walking, and it was conveniently located for town and freeway - and only a few mins drive over to restaurants, groceries, etc. Overall, the home was quite clean and well-kept. Vacasa and the local Manager were overall quite helpful and responsive during the circumstances of us getting the door locks sorted (see below). The back patios were nice and one led down to the back yard. It is a quiet, calming setting.
Door entry system: The door entry could be smoother, though the local Manager got it sorted with us. Apart from the code needing to be reset, the door lock system itself we found a bit tricky at first. Overall a minor thing. Wifi/connectivity: The wifi was basically non-existent - VERY unstable throughout our stay, when it could be connected to at all, and none of our phone services had a very good reception in the home, so if you need to stay connected, this was a problem for us. Back yard: If you have a dog coming with sensitive paws, the back yard was made up of quite sharp rocks throughout, so it was not so comfortable for ours to walk around on. Maybe yours won't care.

Exceeded my expectations.
An amazing house, we were 6 adults, I took the "lower level" and loved the large sitting room area, wet bar, high top table and patio. Adult Kids too the top floor, the Master Suite bagged by my daughter withsitting room area was also excellent, leaving the smaller bedroom room and Office room for my son. Everyone had their own sleep, rest and bathroom space. The Kitchen was the heart of the home and I was very impressed with how it was kitted out, inc blenders, kettle & waffle maker. Plenty of crockery, only thing is short supply was coffee mugs. Incidentals are provided like dishwasher tabs, sugar, coffee etc, an honesty system, finish it - then replace it. Even plastic food wrap. We love the bar seats so much I ordered 2 for my own home! The main sitting room area is light and bright, and the main floor outdoor space is just wonderful.
More Sofas' in both sitting room spaces, the main floor had one long 3 seater sofa and 2 arm chairs. The Basement space a large 2 seater sofa and a armchair. Meaning that if we all wanted to curl and get comfy and chat as a group it was not possible in either space, with people having to sit on the floor or on a dining chair.

Beautiful house
This place is beautiful! Everything was new and just beautiful. Loved the location and the 3 stories. All of the kids and adults weren't on top of each other and could retreat to their own room. Had everything we needed including a high chair and kids plates, bowls, cups, and utensils. Very pet friendly and even had a play park for the dogs and kids a short walk behind the house. Just a short drive to NAU, Walmart, and restaurants.
There is a very steep driveway- be prepared to hit the gas driving out of the garage. Hard to see behind you at night from the steep driveway. The front door lock wouldn't work for us when we got there but we just used the garage. For those with kids, there are breakables everywhere, which made me on edge. It was a little on the pricey side and I was disappointed with the early checkout, 10 am. Would not let us check out a bit later.
