Superb
It's a beautifully furnished and well-designed cottage which is very clean and has a well equipped kitchen. The host had left tablets for the dishwasher and there was hand soap in the bathrooms plus plenty of toilet-rolls (noticed another reviewer mentioned lack of toilet-roll). Both showers were big with great water pressure. There were also hairdryers available in each bedroom. The living room sofas were really comfortable and you could tell that the hosts had taken great care in furnishing the property. Having the utility room with washing machine was really handy after a muddy wet day and clothes dried reasonably well on the airer provided.
Although the location of the cottage was great, the parking situation was tricky as space on the road outside the terraced cottages was in high demand. We managed to park outside on most days but a couple of times we had to park further out of town. We were staying in the height of season though and parking might be easier at other times of the year. The road is very busy during the day, which families with young children might want be aware of. Nothing that the hosts can do about this and it certainly wouldn't prevent us from returning, but something worth highlighting I think. The only other suggestion I could make (and I'm being pernickety here!) is to hang an additional mirror somewhere close to a socket so that you can see to style your hair.

Beautiful Cottage
The location of the cottage is perfect to walk into Bewts-y Coed and surrounding walks. The cottage itself is beautiful, you enter the cottage to a dining area suitable for 4 people which then leads onto a very nice and fully equipped kitchen. Continuing around to the right leads to a large living area with two large and very comfortable sofas, tv and fireplace. Past the kitchen the door to the back garden takes you into a lovely seating area and a series of steps that take you up to a top seating area, be careful on the steps / slabs as they are quite slippery when wet. There is an outhouse that houses a washing machine and cushion covers for the outdoor chairs. Back in the cottage, up the stairs takes you to two bedrooms. To the right is a king room and a full bathroom, again beautifully designed. To the left is a twin or king room. The host messaged prior to our stay to ask how we would like the bed setting up, this room has an en-suite shower room. The shower has to be the best and most powerful shower I've ever experienced. We would very much return and stay here again.
We (group of 4 / 2 couples) didn't find the mattresses very comfortable but that may be more personal choice. There was no hairdryer available though I didn't read that there would be so I did take mine luckily. The steps up to the top of the garden were slippery and a little dangerous so we didn't go back up there after the first day. The TV doesn't seem to have an aerial for local channels but you can get online to YouTube and streaming services / cast from your mobile device. Parking was a little tricky at times with the cottage being just around the bend of the main road, though we only had to park a little down the road (not directly outside) one one occasion.
