Fantastic location and very quick replies from the property. The spa area is great
The room we had was a little disappointing for the price. There is no aircon and the door to outside only opens a fraction so it can get stuffy and warm, especially as the room is over the sauna.

The apartments looked nice and were decently set up. The breakfast was quite decent and changed a bit every day to keep things novel. There was a good selection of options. The staff, the few times we encountered someone, were quite friendly. Everything was clean and looked new, the building is attractive and well-designed. The location is decently central - just a short walk to Krupowki street. We were able to self-check-in when we arrived very late at night.
Though the place looks good, all the furniture felt a bit hard and uncomfortable - there is a uniformly plasticky feeling to some of the decor. The spa facilities are only open from 4 - 9, which is a primary time to be out eating or still out sightseeing. The Jacuzzi pool is only kept at 31 degrees, which is quite cool - not even warm enough to properly heat up - and it is so chlorinated that our eyes watered throughout our short stay in the water. It is extremely difficult to find anyone from the staff to ask a question - the place seems mostly automated. There are no elevators, so if you're on the top floor, you need to count on carrying your luggage up a couple of flights of stairs. Overall, everything felt find and nice enough, but the price didn't reflect the level of comfort we were expecting.

Great location,good building quality, kind owners
-On the first night, there was a party in the next room, Tried to call the apartment, but after 10PM you cannot reach anybody I think. There isnt any emergency number showed anywhere. Next day we received the Manager's number, but at least I prefered to get another room.. to not happen this again.
Next time we will choose other apartment, other things are went well. :)
