Dass die Kinder auf der Couch schlafen mussten, besser wäre eine ausziehbare Schlafcouch oder aufklappende Betten, dann wäre die Unterkunft eine 10 von 10.

It was amazing Location with Lake view, very nice swimming pool and vibe
Furniture need to be renovated, bathroom tools need to be replaced, bed not comfortable

- The environment is very good for relaxation, especially the view of Sapanca Lake.
- The Syrian girl in reception was very helpful
- The restaurant staff are unfriendly—especially the employee who greets guests; she is constantly scowling and serves food in an unproper way, particularly to Arab guests. She is the main reason for my low rating of the place.
- The place is difficult to reach without a car.
- The hotel name in Booking is incorrect. It should be “World Dreams Forest”, not “World Dreams Sapanca”, so the location of the hotel is different and you have to check the location before moving,
- You have to carry the luggage by yourself to the rooms with lot of stairs.
- The room door of Bungalow was difficult to open and close.
- Some room facilities in the room are not exist, despite its mentioned in Booking page, so you need to ask everything to reception with no response.
