Great location
The apartment was quite dusty and could have been cleaned more thoroughly. The bed linen had holes in it, and the towels were old and worn out. It would definitely be a good idea to replace the bed linen and towels with new ones.

Comfortable beds, amazing atmosphere/interior design, it had all the necessary and more (for cooking, cleaning, making coffee).
The sofa could be initially a bit cleaner and even have already the bedsheets in place. There was also construction work.

The location is great, right in the center of the city, within walking distance to cafes, restaurants, shops, museums and bars. The apartment is spacious for two people and it is equipped with a functional kitchen.
The check in process is easy and the keys can be picked up from a locker on the front door. You get all the information you need upon arrival.
The apartment is not very clean - i saw plenty of dust, and the biggest problem was with the bed sheets. On our first night, we noticed a big, brown stain on our sheets. We asked for a new set, and we received in on the same day. It was left by the entrance in a plastic bag. But the sheets where meant for a single bed, not a double one. So we couldn’t use them. Then, we asked again for a new set and we received just a singular bed sheet and it was placed on the door step by itself, not in a bag. It was simply put there on the dirty floor, on the staircase.
The owner was receptive and responded quickly but I don’t know if they handled the deliveries themselves. If they work with someone for the cleaning services, they should reconsider.
For a 5 nights stay, we only had one set of towels (meaning one big and one small towel per person). No toiletries. We only had a hand soap. For a place that has the word concierge in its name, this is disappointing. They could work a bit more on the hospitality aspect.
I am not pretentious, I just wanted a clean place and I think that towels and bed sheets are the most important aspect of an accommodation.
If you have a problem with noises, then the squeaky floor may bother you. Also, you can hear the neighbors from the other apartment - originally, I think this was a regular apartment that was split in two accommodations. The walls between them seem thin.
