Bright, spacious, and convenient, this home is close to the beach, making it ideal for your next San Clemente vacation! Head into the garage to find complimentary beach chairs, beach towels, beach umbrellas, and a boogie board, then pick up the surfboard out back for a fun-filled day at the beach with the family dog. Afterward, come home to kick back in the living room to stream your favorite Netflix movies and shows on the mounted flatscreen TV. The board games are a great way for the kids to stay occupied as you assemble a delicious meal in the full kitchen, which includes stainless steel appliances, a center prep island, and lots of counter space. Enjoy your meals at the four-person breakfast bar, then let the dishwasher knock out all those dirty dishes while you head out for a leisurely walk. When it's time to call it a night, you'll have two well-appointed bedrooms to choose from. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No parties or gatherings are allowed in the condo, property, or common areas. No smoking is allowed in the condo, property, or common areas. San Clemente is a very highly regulated city and any breach of rules and regulations will be enforced. Quiet hours are 10 p.m. to 8 a.m., with no gatherings or parties (over occupancy). This condo is near the freeway, so traffic noise may be audible. If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. No more dogs are allowed. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. Security camera details: Neighbor has a camera pointed towards trash storage and street Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. Very clean, efficient and comfortable stay. No air conditioning, but 2 fans that are available were sufficient for cooling down the property with windows open for a coastal breeze. Parking was adequate behind property and well lit at night for a late check in.

The entire stay was great for the price. No A/C was a disappointment and there was slim pickings for silverware (2 forks total). Otherwise a great price point for a relatively cheap stay

Park in an alley and enter through a gate in a wooden fence.
Second floor which was okay but there was no deck, patio or anywhere to be outside.
No central AC which wasn't a big issue but if you open the windows there is a lot of noise.
There was a portable AC which was essentially useless because there was not a way to exhaust the hot air except through an open window.
The usual exorbitant cleaning and service fees.
At this price I will not rent this unit the next time I am in the area.

This is a great condo but just know that you will be carrying your luggage up a flight of stairs. It’s also very close to El Camino and the freeway so a bit noisy. Other than that though the place is clean and has all that you need for a short stay! I didn’t stay in the front unit but it looked super cute with its own yard, string lights and it was downstairs 😀

Our family had a great stay here. We loved that we could walk to San Luis Rey Park and the Rip Curl Outlet. It was very clean and has everything we needed for our stay. Also was great to have the beach toys and boards in the garage.

Nice, spacious, clean, easy check-in and we got an early arrival. Even has a water view of ocean which I don’t think it mentions in the listing. Nice to have own parking space and lots more street parking for visitors. We would, definitely, stay again.

This place is great for a small family. It's tiny, but has everything you'll need for a vacation, especially if you spend most of your days outdoors. It's an easy walk to San Clemente State Beach, which is just across the highway. The beach is beautiful and quiet. There's a grocery store 5 minutes away and quaint little downtown San Clemente is just a short 5-10 minutes, as well. This unit is on the upper level of another house, so you have a view of the ocean in the distance. It is right next to the freeway, but we didn't notice a lot of noise and didn't have any trouble sleeping. The neighborhood was quiet, as well. The beds are very comfortable and there was a pack n play available to use for our son. The only minor downside for us was the lack of A/C, which I think is hard to find near the ocean. It did get warm while we were there, so the unit was a little on the warm side during the day. With the windows cracked at night, it was comfortable enough to sleep.

The place is nice and refurnished. However, there is no AC and they only give you one fan. There’s also no vents from using the bathroom and everyone’s gotta go sometime and without any fans or air circulation system. Ya, it smelled...The owner also gave us the wrong passcode which made us lose money from being late to an activity.
