The space is very well appointed, with a partial ocean view from the balcony. Such a convenient location. You can’t beat the short and easy walk to the beach, especially if you have kids. Two parking spots in that part of San Clemente is almost unheard of. Overall a great location to stay.

The property was one block from the beach, which we loved. We were able to see the ocean from the windows and balcony. The property was decent and had sufficient amenities. In comparison to other properties I've stayed, this property lacked the engaging interior design aesthetics. Some walls, particularly in the bedrooms and dining room, were bare and could've used some artwork or paintings. This is a quick fix that I encourage the owners to take into consideration. The property also wasn't fully clean. The floors had dirt marks and we cleaned up dead termites in the kitchen area. Overall, the stay was sufficient and met our short-stay needs.

It's so close to the beach! There is a garage to park in! It boasts plenty of space for a family of 4 - 2 spacious rooms, 2 bathrooms, large closets, spacious living, dining and kitchen.

This unit is one block around the corner from the pier….also includes a two car garage! Overall we have rented this unit for 4 years and it has met our needs. The AC wasn’t working well during our stay but after making a call, a property representative showed up quickly to help resolve the problem, however it never seemed as though the AC worked very well. There was more comfortable furniture in the unit than the previous years, however a king size master bedroom bed would be a huge upgrade. The unit was very clean and master bathroom very nice! We will stay again! It’s also quiet at night!

Lastly, there was a sickening odor wafting in from outside that took a full day to pinpoint. We found that housekeeping missed a small trash bag on the patio that clearly had something dead in it. The contents leaked onto the patio. It was revolting and took an hour to clean up and the smell took another day to finally dissipate. It’s a great location, but the owners need to spend some time and money on this place to make it worthy of Marriott Homes & Villas.

We were here for a girls trip...everyone was 60 or over.Everything was fine but being older women the bedroom with trundles was less than desirable. The beds were comfortable enough except the fourth bed could not be pulled out and place anywhere. For younger, spryer individual they might have been able to lift it out into the living room...not convenient since you would have to replace it back in bedroom each morning...the decor was also extremely juvenile...delightful to a young person of 8 but not so much for seniors.

Parking is very limited near the pier so having a garage to park in was a plus. Being near the pier also meant we had plenty of convenient options when it came to dinning. The water is always a little chilly for our taste so it was also nice to have use of the wetsuits that are provided.

Pretty great stay. We seemed to get a lil noisy but owner just texted us to keep it down instead of making a big deal out of it. It’s nice because it’s right next to pier and cute little restaurants.
