The third bedroom has an elegant queen bed in an iron frame, a flat-screen TV, and an old-world desk and dresser. The fourth bedroom has a truly unique cowboy theme with a rustic twin-over-full bunk bed, lasso, cowboy hats, and a flat-screen TV for watching old Westerns. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Place was clean, had some extra air mattresses which helped but they would go flat while sleeping on them.
Plenty of dishes and pans to cook with.
We were under the impression that Vacasa shuttles would give vacasa rentals rides but they do not service all areas so that was an issue getting to and from lifts.
Hot tub is out side on deck of master bedroom so anyone else that wants to use it has to go thru master bed room.
A couple tweaks and this place would be perfect.

We had three families, two with two children each ranging from 1 to 8 years old. Great layout each family had their own floor and bathroom. Great deck. Love that you could walk to the resort and bike around the property. We had so much fun, thanks so much for the great house!

Some of my family came out from the East for vacation. The house provied an ideal venue for our gathering of 9. It had easy walking distance to the slope for people who have varing start and stop times. The rather privat hot tub for the muscles after skiing. The great room was a wonerfull place to hang out with a large kitchen and a real nice view. Oh, and in clasic Steamboat fasion there was that 21" of snow that dumped on the mountain while we were there.

This would be a great house for a large group of friends or for a large group with kids! It’s a great distance to town, and the deck is amazing with sun almost all day. The hot tub was great very private off of the master bedroom. There are a ton of bathrooms and showers for all guests! Overall a great stay.

The only shuttle available is the Free shuttle provided by steamboat springs, but due to covid restrictions they only allow 15 people on the bus at a time. So if you try to use the free bus be prepared to get skipped numerous times because the bus is at capacity. Our group tried to do dinner together downtown and spent almost 2 hours after dinner trying to get back home. Every other house around us provided a shuttle service that you could call. Other than that, the place is really nice and close to the lifts, just wish the hot tub was on the front balcony instead of the through the master bedroom. Does not allow the master bedroom any privacy when everyone has to walk through the room to get to the hot tub.

Fantastic home and location
This house and rental experience was fantastic. The home is beautiful and spacious and is located just a short walk to the gondola. There is also a bus route very close by if you want to go into town. We had 7 guys on the trip and had plenty of room. Excellent experience all around!
