Hot Tub Usage Guidelines:
We want you to have a fantastic stay, and that includes enjoying our hot tub. For everyone's safety and to maximize your experience, please take a moment to review the following guidelines:
Supervision:
Children under the age of 16 must be supervised by an adult at all times in and around the hot tub area. Please be mindful of other guests and neighbors. Keep noise levels to a minimum, especially during later hours.
Temperature:
The hot tub temperature is set at 103. Please do not attempt to adjust it.
Health Considerations:
Pregnant women, individuals with heart conditions, and those under the influence of alcohol or drugs are advised to consult with a healthcare professional before using the hot tub.
Shower Before Use:
Please shower before entering the hot tub to remove any oils, lotions, or sunscreen. This helps keep the water clean and extends the life of the hot tub.
No Glassware:
For safety reasons, no glassware is allowed in or around the hot tub area. Please use provided plastic or non-breakable containers.
Cover Usage:
When not in use, please ensure the hot tub cover is securely in place. This helps with insulation, safety, and energy efficiency.
Liability:
If you're traveling with children, it is your responsibility to monitor and ensure the safety and activity in and around the hot tub at all times while children are present. Neither Property Management Company nor Owner will be liable should any injury or accident occur.

Great location with great views and great amenities. The lockbox was a bit hard to open, but otherwise the check in process was good. The hot tub temperature was too hot and we were not able to change it which, unfortunately, made it unusable.

Clean and well-appointed, including kitchen tools. Though one bedroom is directly accessed via the common area / living room, the layout is really nice with a master bedroom on one end and two other bedrooms on the other, yet what I'll call the master bathroom is accessible to others via a pantry / laundry area, making it flexible for various types of groups. It can be private and exclusive to those in the master bedroom or it can be shared.My only issue was that the gas grill had a huge amount of old grill debris - as in at least as much volume as a half gallon container - such I decided to just spend the 20 minutes to clean it up myself after it caught fire. But I used it several times after that and it worked great. If that's the only issue, it tells you how good the place is.This is a nice property, well taken care of, with good views, walking distance to some nice trails and minutes from grocery stores and other retail.
